Flat ROOF REPLACED
After a recent heavy rainstorm, water was leaking from the flat roof above my entrance porch. I called Roofing Pros. Sam was prompt and courteous in assessing the issue, and provided an estimate for the repair. The flat roof was replaced, including new Scupper, wall flashings, etc. The front gutter over the garage was also replaced and a new downspout re-located and installed to the opposite side, away from the house wall. An 18 extension was added to the downspout coming from the upper roof as well as a step flashing by the downspout. Flashing was checked and caulking applied where required. Job was done in timely fashion. I would recommend Roofing Pros.

A job well done
A very professional group of folks who know what they are doing. No fuss, no muss, no mess or sales arms-twisting. I have relied on them twice for two jobs well done. Roof shingling and vent installation. I full-heartedly recommend them with no reservations whatsoever. I wish there were more contractors like these folks. Thank you.

Full roof and skylight replacement
Sam and his crew went above and beyond to replace my entire roof and a skylight during one of the hottest days when temperature was above 30C. Thoroughly cleaned the skylight until it's spotless. Repaired all damaged roof decking with plywood. Removed all debris around the property after the job's done. Thumbs up!

Replaced flat roof
We had a leak from our flat roof and Sam was fantastic. He sent out his team when it was not raining, completed the job in one day. Very professional, great work and responsive. I would recommend him and his team to any one who needs a new roof or a roof repair.

Leaking Garage ceiling
I don't know where to start... My garage ceiling was leaking, I called Sam and he patiently communicated with me his times even though he was on top of a roof. He came next day very tired after a long day on the roof and without hesitation went and diagnosed the reason for the leak and quickly fixed it. He asked me to monitor the situation and so far after several rains it has not leaked. I highly recommend Sam and his team. Professional, friendly, timely and on point. Thanks again!

Roof and shingles repair from fallen tree branck
Had a very large tree branch fall make a small puncture on a roof with shingle repair. It was starting to rain and needed fixing right away. Sam was quick to respond, came from Vaughan to Beaches within the hour. Filmed damage, repaired, added special seal, fixed other broken shingles, cleared leaves off the roof, even those that fell on my care (so nice of them!), took photos, filmed before and after. Very nice. Fair. Honest. Professional. "Trustworthy". Would recommend in a heartbeat.

Roof Repair and re-shingle
Called Sam in a pinch and it was the first contact I had with him and Roofing Pros and we were blown away. All o can say is professional, honest and a job well done. I would highly recommend Sam and his team.

Roof installation
Sam was a pleasure to deal with and his 6 men work crew were professional and polite. They arrived at 7am and worked diligently and efficiently. They replaced my 3000 sq ft roof using GAF roof system in a day and a half, leaving my property clean and orderly, protecting my landscaping and deck. I will gladly recommend this company to friends and family.
