Sam and his team did an absolutely incredible job, from start to finish. When Sam came to the house to provide a quote, he spent time on the roof investigating to ensure a proper project plan and firm price could be developed (which not one of his competitors did - they all relied on satellite pics and views from the street). During his review, Sam even fixed an immediate issue he noticed on the roof where there were shingles missing. From there, Sam prepared a detailed quote and thoroughly responded to all of our questions (slopes, shingle types, design and color, etc.). Sam went above and beyond our expectations - he reviewed the state of the attic and provided feedback on insulation needs, venting, etc., he cleaned the skylight, provided views on the state of the eaves-troughs and downspouts (none of which was an up-sell because they aren't services his company provides). He was genuine and honest throughout our dealings. The team did an amazing job of prep, execution and clean-up. Roofing Pros came highly recommended from a friend, and I will gladly pass that recommendation along. They were awesome!!!! Thank you Sam!

I have decided to change my shingles as they were aged and deteriorated. After price/material/system quoting from 8 different roofers, I have chosen Roofing Pros Of Ontario. They have inspected the roof entirely and provided me the multiple plans and option and I chose the best that was working for my budget and for my house due to latest winds uplift and hales, Freezing rains and snow load that we have experienced in last few years. I chose GAF Timberline with Deck-Armor Premium Breathable Roof Deck Protection and Ice/water shield on all applicable locations. I have also received the GAF 50 Years warranty certificate. The process was very smooth and they arrived on time and their team started the project in professional manner and also finished and clean the property as it was expected. To be honest, I was surprised for their attention to details they had on project and they have noticed 2 block vents which previous roofer has forgotten to open for bathrooms and they have fixed that and they also added 2 new Maximum roof vents for better air flow of attic. I would say I will 100% recommend them and will call them back for my other projects in future.
