Sunday Movers completed the basic task of transporting my belongings to our new townhome. However, the move was riddled with significant issues that caused considerable stress and frustration. Surprise Stair Tax: Despite explicitly mentioning our townhome had stairs in numerous emails and phone calls, the movers arrived claiming they were unaware and demanded an additional $600 to carry our belongings upstairs. This unexpected cost increase threw a wrench into our moving day schedule, causing a two-hour scramble to try and reach a resolution with the company as they held our belongings hostage. Unresolved Damage Claims: During the move, several of our belongings were damaged, including the TV's stand, Console Table, Headboard, and a massively scratched table. Despite promptly providing detailed pictures of the damage, our attempts to receive compensation from Sunday Movers have been met with silence. It's incredibly disappointing to see little regard for our property and no effort to rectify the situation. While the movers themselves managed to load and transport our belongings efficiently, the communication breakdowns, disputed charges, and unaddressed damage claims left a sour taste in our mouths. We urge potential customers to exercise extreme caution when considering Sunday Movers and to meticulously document all agreements in writing to avoid similar experiences.

Worst moving service , not at all prepared for the weather and all open trucks , Pathetic customer service.All my bags were soaked in water during moving and the sofa seats were also soaked in water .The team are not even responding to our calls as we have already made full payment.

I was so impressed with the service I received from Sunday Movers. The team was punctual, courteous, and very careful with my belongings. They took the time to make sure that everything was packed and loaded properly, and even provided some useful tips for unpacking once I arrived at my new home. Overall, I had a stress-free moving experience thanks to Sunday Movers. They were able to navigate some tricky corners and narrow hallways with ease, and took great care with all of my belongings. After booking the movers, I received a phone call on the morning we were scheduled, asking if we could re schedule because of the cold temperature!! I said I couldnt!! The workers showed up unhappy because of the temperature outside and as we walked around the house, showing them the stuff to be moved, they complained. As they started moving things into their truck, packing it in, not one moving blanket was used for this move!! As they were off loading at the new house, walls, corners, ceiling was all damaged from rubbing, scraping my furniture around the house, along with a lot of our furniture damaged as well!! I didnt notice the damages to the furniture until we started unpacking. At the end of the move, I offered the 2 gentlemen a beer, the one guy accepted 2 beers from me, one for him and his friend, he then took 2 beer out to his truck for the ride home and then the other guy came and asked me for a beer?? I told him I gave the other guy 2 beers!! He asked again for a beer, I did give him one and he did the same, took it to his truck???? My wife was unpacking and stared noticing damages to a lot of the furniture, scrapes, scratches to many of our dressers, ripped our couch from sliding in their truck on the floor with no blankets!! We have filed a claim with Sunday Movers but they are taking no accountability for the damages caused by their workers!! I would not recommend this company!!

The actual movers themselves were fantastic, moved a 3bed 3bath house in 2.5 hours, with 30 mins travel between the two houses. However, the company themselves is awful and I wouldn't recommend to anyone. When I inquired about booking, I asked whether I would be charged for the number of hours in the estimate or only the amount of time the movers worked and was told that I would only be charged for how long the movers worked for. They arrived at 9:20am and left just after 12pm (2.5 hours), as I signed the work order for while they were here. However, I was charged for the full day as was given in the estimate, which is the opposite of what I was told. I contacted the manager immediately, but then was told to "wait as we gather more into", then "the person who said this is on holidays", then "be patient". I contacted them several times over 2.5 months, when I still haven't received any refund, apology or justification for the charges. Now the manager ignores my messages. I just filed a complaint with the BBB and hopefully will be able to resolve it. Please be wary of this company. Better to have someone else move. Terrible customer service.

This is second time I am using Sunday Movers. Two moves, the people who came were quick and still paying attention to our belongings. Also, when I moved, I'm grateful that there were some works that I didn't know where they were. We then placed and exchanged items to help determine where the items were best suited. Very good service overall. And reasonable price. It is easy to move with Sunday movers. Cheers your easy movers made my move easy.
