The project was able to start at very short notice once the quote was approved. We are very happy with the work. On time, cleaned up every day. Were able to ask for a change part way through and the work was done. Very professional. Will consider using them again in the near future.Answer from pro:

Jonny was a great person to work with as we renovated areas of our basement. We needed a new subfloor and wall to wall cabinetry and through this process, Jonny kept us informed of best practices, all of our options and worked within our budget. Jonny and Afshin did an amazing job and saw a vision in the original house I bought more than I ever could. I purchased a house that had not been touched since the early 20th century and there was not a single thing we didn't touch -- Jonny and Afshin basically rebuilt a new house from the inside in a remarkable 6 months and everything looks great. We knocked down walls, added in bathrooms, new stairs, basically every renovation motion possible. They made sure everything ran smoothly and were very communicative with me on what I needed to do to ensure success on the project.Answer from pro:

Afshin and Jonny were an absolute pleasure to work with. From the first time they came by to assess the situation to working through the project they were always very open, honest and easy to deal with. Our project involved an old back extension in our house that was definitely neglected and renovated poorly. They were able to create a sleek powder room and a laundry area out of the existing space, add a new window, a few skylights and other improvements such as fixing the electrical, adding in new insulation on the walls and the ceiling - which helped solve a huge draft problem. What I appreciate is that it looks great but also the work done behind the walls to know my house is safer. What I really appreciate is that I was trying to find someone for this project for months and every time I had a contract come over they weren't interested because it wasn't as simple and straightforward as other projects like a simple bathroom reno. Afshin and Jonny embraced the challenge and delivered.Answer from pro:

Afshin and his team were incredibly responsive and their problem-solving skills ensured the project ran smoothly despite hiccups with suppliers and design constraints in a small condo space. We could not be happier with the end result of our renovation. Jonny and Afshin were extremely patient, professional and most importantly, on schedule! Our friends and family could not believe that we finished everything on time, especially in the midst of a pandemic, where supplies were hard to come by. Reno done by this firm in conjunction with designer Anne Roche exceeded expectations. Nuanced advice on construction options overcame many surprises in our old building. Work done was timely and within budget. Contractor and designer worked as a team as if long associated. All work done was in accordance with the home owners' desires.
