Reached out to The HVAC Service as my home was warmer than usual. My tech Mark was great, extremely polite, and knowledgeable. He checked the unit, showed me what needed to be done, and gave me a price. Our issue was resolved quickly and we’re glad to have our AC back working again. Mark explained everything with great detail and answered all my concerns. Would definitely recommend to others.

I saw a puddle of water in my AC’s drain pan, the water wasn’t draining as it should. I called The HVAC service and Daniel was here within an hour. He found out that dirt and debris blocked the drainage pipe. Daniel removed the clog and explained how to prevent future occurrence of this problem. Nicest technician we've ever had.

Air didn’t feel as cool as it should, and system was shutting down soon after starting up, over and over. I called on Friday, tech (Alex) came on Saturday morning. Alex was on time and did a fantastic job. He said that there was a leak in the refrigerant line, refrigerant was low, and compressor-pressure levels were affected. He explained that when refrigerant levels are low, it lowers the pressure of AC system, which triggers a safety switch and turns off the compressor. Alex repaired leak and refilled refrigerant. I can't be more pleased and happy with the whole process. I would strongly recommend The HVAC service.

We contacted them when our air conditioner stopped keeping a constant temperature. They sent a technician the very next day. The tech had integrity and was easy to get along with. He was straightforward explaining things he would do. He had all parts needed to fix our unit. Instantly, we felt our home cooling again. He quoted us a reasonable price. Hopefully we won't have to but will definitely call again if needed.

I noticed that our AC wasn’t cooling well, even though the fans were blowing and the airflow seemed fine. The system was running more than usual but the problem got worse over time. I put my hand up to the register and felt warm air blowing out. The technician did find and fix the refrigerant leak on the first service call. He was professional and respectful of our property. The service was excellent and I will definitely recommend this company to anyone having AC issues.

They have installed and regularly serviced our heating and air conditioning units. Team is very courteous and professional. We were lucky enough to have found them.

My AC didn't cool my house as well as it should, and utility bills were abnormally high. Technician said that air filter was clogged. He went above and beyond to clean the filter, and provided great advice. He explained that when filter is dirty, it forces the air conditioner to work harder in order to push air through a clogged filter, using more energy. Finding a good technician has become very difficult these days. Would highly recommend and would use again.

We had a great experience with The HVAC service! Technician was very professional and immediately diagnosed the problem with our furnace which suddenly stopped working. He replaced control board and answered all the questions we had before. The price was reasonable. I would highly recommend them.

My HVAC was making terrible screeching noise. Technician said that it could indicate a worn belt. He examined the system, and it turned out he was right. He was carrying spare parts and all necessary tools, and replaced the belt very quickly. His professionalism exceeded my expectations.
