I called Superior for a furnace inspection. They were easy to reach on the phone. Matt came out the next day and inspected my furnace. There was a problem with the water condenser. He gave me an estimate and arranged for someone to fix it the next day. I am now a loyal customer of Superior.

Took a day off work to have a hot water fixed, advised someone will be coming that day between 10am-2pm At 1pm get a call saying they wont be able to come that day and that if I need it fixed right away, I should call another company

My boiler started making a variety of strange and concerning noises. I looked up different companies near me that could service my boiler and opted for The HVAC service. The appointment was very easy to book, and the technician arrived within a couple of hours. He took a look at the boiler and could easily identify the issue. Unfortunately, one part needed to be replaced, but with this company nothing is stressful. Loc, the tech, came back a day after with a new part, installed it, double-checked if the boiler was running properly, and gave us a bunch of useful advice. We are more than happy with the service this company provides for such a competitive price!

Highly recommended company! We faced an issue with our water heater tank. For some reason, it was not heating the water. Immediately we called The HVAC service. On the same day, they sent a technician, who inspected the unit and explained to us that one out of two heating elements was malfunctioning and needed to be fixed. We were happy to hear that he had all parts and tools to fix it.

Our tankless water heater started making strange sounds when turning on and heating water. After noticing the problem, we immediately started looking for a service that could send us a professional to diagnose and fix the issue. We were happy to hear that the technician from the HVAC service, Daniel, was able to arrive the same day we called. Daniel did a great job at inspecting and fixing blocked ventilation in our unit. He also quoted us a fair price. If needed, we will call this company with no hesitation again.
