Stay away from them. They are not a company who cares about your issues and fix them, but a sales company who is eager to sell the products from its fancy websites. The only thing they can do is to arrive at the time of your request and inspect your AC without any tools and then get the inspection fee from you. The so-called technician came to inspect our AC with his eyes only and told us the AC need to be replaced and quoted $4500 CAD for a replacement. I even asked him to check if this problem was caused by the capacitor. The technician refused and said he know how AC works. This was how their technician repair or inspect your AC. Had a second opinion and replaced the capacitor for $200CAD. The AC works perfectly again. We contact the company for our concerns and get no response. From our whole experience, we feel that if you can skip this company, please do so.
