The initial visit was fine with the exception of the late arrival. The diagnostic was fine and I was told I could get a discount on the installation of a new appliance. The part for repair wouldn't have been worth the expense. When I called to accept that offer, they reneged and quoted a higher price. I was advised on the call they would speak to their superior to resolve the discrepancy. I didn't hear back. I contacted another repair company willing to do it for that lower price. The other repair company did a great job.

Beware! I don't do this often but I feel I need to share this experience. I should have known from the initial call not to proceed. When they wouldn't tell me what their hourly charge was for repairs! Paid for the diagnosis and then the tech said $450 to replace a $15 ignitor! When I said no he called me back and said $350 cash, still ridiculous especially since he was there and I already owed $113. He stood there and wouldn't leave until he received and deposited the etransfer. Felt very uncomfortable! Rip off, look elsewhere!
