Appliance Repair
(Updated on 9 Sep 2025)The initial visit was fine with the exception of the late arrival. The diagnostic was fine and I was told I could get a discount on the installation of a new appliance. The part for repair wouldn't have been worth the expense.
When I called to accept that offer, they reneged and quoted a higher price. I was advised on the call they would speak to their superior to resolve the discrepancy. I didn't hear back. I contacted another repair company willing to do it for that lower price. The other repair company did a great job.
