I recently had my fridge repaired by Star Appliance Repair, and I couldnt be more pleased with the service! From the start, their team was professional and responsive. Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy, and they arrived right on time. The technician Ruslan was very knowledgeable, explained the issue clearly, and provided an upfront estimate. They completed the repair efficiently and ensured everything was working perfectly before leaving. The quality of work was excellent, and the price was reasonable. Friendly service although they came unprepared even after I sent pictures and videos of the part I needed replaced. During the process of fixing this part the technician somehow stripped the rubber seal and it has broken apart and is now stuck in my faucet. Now I need to buy a new faucet and a new valve and hire a plumber. I reached out to star appliance and they told me because it was done with my approval there is nothing they can do and I should call a professional plumber.

Repaired our dishwasher, did a great job, came when they said they would. After a conplete runaround from another repair shop, it was such a relief to deal with a company that is reliable!

Iskan arrived right on time and did a great job fixing our stovetop. The first time he came he diagnosed the problem quickly and accurately and told us a part needed to be ordered and that it would take a couple of weeks to arrive. Almost exactly two weeks later he arrived with the part, fixed the stovetop in short order, demonstrated that it worked properly, put everything away and cleaned up after himself. The cost of repairs seemed reasonable too.

Ruslan from Star Appliance repair came the morning I called them, diagnosed the problem with my fridge, and came back the next day to fix it! I've used Star Appliance 2 years ago to repair my dishwasher so I'm a repeat customer.

Cant say enough good things about Vlad and his team. They fixed the issue in less than 24 hours and were able to have a technician over in less than 4 - so efficient. I strongly recommend this company and will certainly be using them again if we have any appliance issues.

Did a such for a company to repair my fridge this morning around 8am and received an immediate response from Star Alliance Repair. They gave me 3 two hour windows to choose from for same day service. The technician texted before arrival, made a quick bit thorough diagnosis and the job, including a trip out to pick up a part was finished within 2 hours. Andy communicated all necessary information in terms I could understand and was very neat and polite. I have to say the whole experience was pretty amazing, I am impressed and so happy my refrigerator was repaired and that I didnt have to buy a new one. Would definitely recommend this company for expediency and value (less than I thought). Once again, VERY impressed

The repair person, Andy, could not have been better in every way: his work ethic, his kindness, his respect for my lack of knowledge, answering all my questions and showing me exactly what needed repair. The washing machine was fine, so he explained how it worked so it might have seemed to need repair. On the oven he identified the problem and the cost of fixing it. He pointed out the broken unit on my oven, a panel, and the high cost of replacement - showing me on his phone the new unit and the price. Adding the labour cost he agreed I would do just as well with a good used oven replacement, and suggested the best online route to look for one. (As they don't sell to the public.) The cost of both diagnostics was so reasonable, the next-day visit so timely, I am grateful for this business and, in particular, for this employee.
