    Great experience with flooring, baseboards and Stair installation

    Sam and his team did an excellent job installing engineering hardwood floor and baseboards through all upstairs level of our house and the family room in the main floor. We also replaced our carpets along the stairs. We enjoyed working with Sam. Very professional, patient and great listening skills and pay attention to detail what customer likes and dislikes. We changed the materials due to the sudden increase of material cost (from the vendor side) and Sam walked us through the entire process again with us to fit in into our budget. So grateful for his patience. His team was also very proffesional and polite and most importantly the work was excellent. We are very pleased with our new floors and stairs and will highly recommend Sam and his team and will not hesitate to use his service again.

    Dedicated professional, with exceptional workmanship - Totally transformed our Head Office business location!

    I selected Sam after having quoted the job with a number of other flooring contractors. Sam was on time, courteous, and listened to our project requirements, offering suggestions and solutions along the way. He was by far the most professional contractor I had interviewed, and his quote was very reasonably priced. The old carpet in our entire office (minus a couple boardrooms) was quickly removed, and disposed at the end of each business day. The crew that Sam had on this job was very accommodating and worked around our in-office staff members. They also worked evenings and weekends to meet our target completion dates. New carpet tile & base was installed throughout the office in a clean and efficient manner. Our kitchen flooring was very old and was coming up together with the subfloor when trying to remove it. This completely changed the scope of work, and QS Flooring had to take a different (more expensive) approach for the flooring replacement. Sam was committed to his quote, and did not increase our end price at all. This was above and beyond any expectations. Over the next few weeks, after the main job was completed, we underwent further renovations. QS Flooring came back on multiple occasions to do final touches, and installed additional carpet in newly exposed areas. Customer service was exceptional and I cannot say enough good things about Sam, Barry, Jerry, and the rest of the crew. Excellent job guys!

    Incredibly talented, professional, and kind!

    Sam and his team are incredibly good at what they do! They are fair and knowledgeable and very kind on top of it. They transformed our house with the most beautiful engineered hardwood. It was a pleasure doing business with Sam and team and I would 100% recommend them!

    New Floors & Great Experience

    Sam was really wonderful to work with. He was very patient, provided clear recommendations and walked us through the entire process. Even though we took a while to finally decide to move forward, he was never pushy and only provided us with updates and timelines given shifts in the industry. We did run into 1 issue with the flooring because we have radiators, he jumped to solutions and helped resolve the issues. It was very lovely working with Sam!

    Great service, price, and product

    Sam worked with me remotely as it’s hard for me to get to the unit. He gave me multiple options for flooring, and no pressure to go ahead. He took multiple photos of the work (before, during, after) to stay in communication. I was very comfortable working with Sam and highly recommend him if you’re in the market for new flooring.

    Flooring and stair installation

    We enlisted Sam and his team to install engineered hardwood on our main floor, stairs and upstairs hallway. We liked Sam from our initial meeting, during which he walked us through our many options and shared his expertise. Sam was very customer service oriented throughout the process; checking in with us regularly to answer any questions and make sure we were completely satisfied with the work. The pricing was competitive; the work exceptional! Team was respectful of people and property. Job started promptly after giving the go ahead and was completed quickly without any delays. We absolutely love our new flooring and stairs and highly recommend Sam and hope to use him again in the future.

    great hardwood and vinyl flooring

    We replaced our basement carpet to vinyl wood plans and our upper bedrooms with vintage hardfood flooring. We were very happy with Sam throughout the process. His pricing was super competitive and he was always able to answer our questions with thoughtful and detailed responses. He would give us a call if he though it would be easier to explain something via a phone call to ensure transparency. He kept the jobsite clean and was very careful in avoiding damage our walls during the installation. Throughout the job he would keep us up to date and if there were any challenges or something we didn't talk about before the job, he would ensure we were well informed before he went ahead with anything. I would recommend Sam and his team for any future flooring projects

    Flooring & stairs

    We are so happy found Sam to upgrade our flooring and stairs from carpet to hardwood. The job was done on time as scheduled and the installer did a good job, both stairs installers and hardwoods installer are so professional. So happy with our new floor and stairs.

    Outstanding

    I hired Sam to replace some old flooring in my mother's home. His attentiveness to what she needed, commitment to quality work execution, promptness, and attention to detail left me feeling that Sam was treating my mother as if she was his own mother. First class person and first class work.

    New floors/stairs

    I am so happy with the work that QS Flooring did at my house; it was done as discussed and on time. The communication and follow ups with Sam gave me reassurance that I was dealing with a serious company that actually delivers. This was very important for me because I was able to relax while new floors and stairs were done at my house, this is huge because if you don't hire the right company any of these jobs can turn into nightmares. I can't recommend enough this company. I am impressed and so pleased I choose QS Flooring. Thanks so much Sam for your patience, honesty and work ethics, same for your people.
