We re-did the stairs and floors and have been very pleased with the results. We were provided with options and the team was very accommodative of what we were trying to accomplish. The final result looks great! Update - We had a problem with a floor board bubbling up (veneer separating) in my daughters room a few weeks after install. It was replaced and it looks great again.

We hired Unique Flooring in May 2021 and we were extremely impressed with Gabor and his team. We replaced all of the flooring in our home with hardwood and carpet, as well as replaced all of our trim and moldings. We were especially impressed with the installation of the flooring - we are constantly getting complimented from our guests! They started the job on time and most of it was done within 2 weeks. There were some items we decided to change midway through the project and it wasn't a problem at all. Lastly, we want to give a special shoutout to the customer service we received from Gabor - he was a pleasure to work with and he and Stephanie always made us feel right at home when we visited the shop - always offering us a latte or fresh fruit! The whole process was performed accurately and professionally. For. Customer service to installer, were friendly and professional. On time scheduling for material amd work was impressive. Abd the finish job was as expected without flaws.

Approximately 20% of my kitchen hardwood floor needed to be replaced due to a flood. The people at Unique Flooring were amazing. The sent an estimator quickly, booked the job quickly and carried out the work exactly the way they said it would work. The guys were expert craftsmen and did an outstanding job. The office kept me up to date every step of the way. They cleaned up every night and were very polite. I had a small issue the next day and they were back in less than an hour to clear it up. We are thrilled with our brand new looking floor. I would highly recommend Unique Flooring GTA.

Contacted a few companies to quote for updating engineered hardwood floor in condo after tenants moved out. Not all companies respond to projects of this scale. Susana, Unique Flooring's office manager, is always very responsive. She helped source the same floor model that was already discontinued by the manufacturer. Professional installers did a through onsite inspection and gave a fair quote within a few hours. Mark did a great job within the agreed timeframe and left the condo in clean condition. Overall, very happy experience! Would definitely recommend!
