The team at Unique Flooring GTA can't be beat. After a fireplace renovation, two sections of our inlaid Victorian-era wood floor had to be replaced on either side. Csaba and an assistant came over, gave us a reasonable price estimate, and the next week he came out and did a gorgeous job, re-creating the pattern and colour beautifully. He was careful (covered all furniture with plastic), efficient, and highly competent. Thanks as well to Monika, who arranged the scheduling and repair. Unique Flooring GTA has my highest recommendation.

Very professional team and accommodating to questions, concerns and changes. Monika was excellent with quick replies and her ability to supply a variety of samples of interested was fantastic. Gabor was an absolute pleasure to deal with, was willing to go the extra mile to make sure that I was confident with choice of flooring and then happy with the end result. Labourers that completed the job were efficient and respective of time lines. Overall, Gabor and his team exceeded my expectations and I would refer their work and work ethics to anyone requiring flooring.

I selected Unique Flooring after interviewing several companies and could not be happier with the results! Everyone was very helpful and responsive to my questions, concerns and timelines. Monika worked patiently to source the products that I had chosen. Csaba and his crew did outstanding work laying the lvt in the kitchen as well as removing carpet and replacing the hardwood and baseboards on the rest of the main floor. My floors no longer squeak thanks to an addition of plywood to the old plank subflooring and are absolutely beautiful! He restored the existing oak stairs beyond my expectations. Their pricing is competitive and the quality of work more than justifies it. I highly recommend Unique Flooring!

What is Unique about Unique Flooring? For me it was the customer service. As tired and abused as that saying is it nevertheless remains true in my experiences with this company. I have used this company now for about five years to do floor and baseboard trim replacements (mostly luxury vinyl plank) in our small rental apartment buildings. I was so happy with their work that I entrusted my home flooring renovation to them and had them replace my 20-year-old wall-to-wall carpeting with wall-to-wall vinyl plank. While I could have chosen hardwood flooring, I found that it scuffs and marks up too easily or youre always conscious of damaging it. Vinyl plank is resilient, waterproof and easy to replace. In this current world of overpriced contractors who seem to either to be too busy except for the biggest contracts or simply dont want to work, coupled with immense supply chain challenges, Unique Flooring truly rose beyond my somewhat high expectations to ensure that everything was just right. With so many flooring providers available its a challenge to sort through the noise and fly-by-night operators to find contractors who still take pride in their work and even add a dollop of craftsmanship in a mass-production world but still remain cost-conscious. I wholeheartedly recommend Unique Flooring for all your flooring-related needs.

Monika at Unique Flooring helped us select the engineered flooring that was just right for our living room. She was happy to patiently select samples from their well stocked showroom and set them down in different lighting conditions to help us decide. We took home a few samples to judge them against our decor. We settled on a lovely engineered hardwood with easy click installation which was delivered to our door. Reasonable pricing and great service. We will deal with Unique again if we have any other flooring needs.

Monica and Gabor were great. I had inflexible time and they were able to adjust it for me. The quality of hardwood flooring is amazing. They finished the whole floor in just a day which was unbelievable.
