Stop leakage: Unknown problem
The good: Fast response. Person who came was polite and seemed competent and was able to identify the source of the leak - a faulty shower drain .
The bad: They quoted close to $3000 dollars to replace the existing shower drain, with the justification that this was a big job due to having to cut drywall. This also did not include any remediation, so this was essentially a couple of hours of work. They charged a significant "estimate fee", which would be offset if I agreed to the quote. However I felt that the quote was so high that I was better off writing off those fees and finding another supplier.
