    Finished Basement w/ 2pc Washroom

    Shoutout to the team at Assured! Not only am I happy with the quality of the work but it was the team that stood out most as they were extremely professional, courteous and customer focused. Nathan, Eduardo, Jake Mike and Bashir made sure I was happy with their work and addressed anything I asked quickly and efficiently. Thank you all, my kids are loving the extra space! It's crazy how much bigger it feels now that it's done.

    Renovation

    1. Our Familia needed another own room in our basemen and we came to Assured basements for the project. They absolutely exceeded our expectations. Not only did they have creative solutions for our basement space, Assured Basements team were on time, professional, and actually a joy to have in the house. For a project that necessarily involves coming into someone's hearth and home, I think it really matters that the contractors are not only professional, but friendly and approachable. We added work as we went along, and they were fair about the change orders which come with any job - we even gained a storage room we didn't hope for. We are unbelievably pleased with our renovation and the fact we have "gained more house" in the effort.

    Basement Renovation Whitby

    Well where to start. I am super pleased with the service Assured Basements has provided me 1) Ryan is a very organized and punctual individual. 2) He works very hard to find the right selections for his clients 3)They use a very sophisticated CRM management system where me and my husband were able to do all of our selections, pick our finishes and meet with their designer. 4) unlike other companies I was vetting they have a huge collection of differenct floors to choose from, whether its vinyl, luxury vinyl, luxury laminate or even carpet selections. 5) They plan and design out niches and feature walls with proper measurements on CAD drawings. All in all the list will go on but I must say We are one happy family and we got the basement of our dream done for our family through Assured Basements.     Basement Renovation Thornhill

    We called Assured Basements to help us finish our basement in Thornhill. Ryan and his team were able to provide excellent finishes. Everyone on the team did a great job and we highly recommend them. We called them in November and they finished our Basement Right before Christmas. Regards, Vashti Family

    Basement Renovation Kitchener

    I had a spectacular experience. Ryan, Ashley and Nathan were extremely friendly, empathetic and professional. The plumbers and electricians did a great job. They paid attention to every little detail and made sure that everything was to my liking. They also made the process very convenient for us and I'm so pleased with my new space. The whole experience was great and I'm so glad that I chose Assured Basements for this project. Thank you so much for the stellar service. We are really enjoying our new place! :)

    Basement Renovation

    We hired Assured Basements to completely remodel our existing basement in whitby. The demolition team was super fast and they were finished demolition in 3 days. Ryan and his Team are amazing with their ideas and were able to construct the basement that we needed for our teenagers. A special shoutout to the everyone on the team including Nathan , Todd and Ashley for working very hard and finishing our Basement in 3 weeks. We are very grateful. Craig and Stephanie

    Basement Renovation

    We are so happy with our newly renovated basement! Ryan, Ashley and their entire team were a pleasure to work with - they are so knowledgable and they really went above and beyond for us to be happy with the final reveal. Nathan was very meticulous with the framing, and he made sure the bulk heads all look symmetrical (this is a pet peeve of mine, so I made it clear that this was important and he truly delivered a fantastic result). The guys took their time to ensure the mudding was done properly and sanded nicely. And I LOVE the luxury vinyl floors! Overall we were really impressed with the level of professionalism, dedication and workmanship of this entire team. Thank you all so much for your hard work, and making this an incredibly positive experience for us.

    Basement Reno

    I contacted Ryan and Ashley at Assured Basements. I must say what an amazing job they did to build my parents’ and in-law’s basement suite so they can enjoy their space. We were on a limited budget and they worked with us in accordance with that budget and not making us feel weird like some contractors who came and quoted ua. They used very high quality luxury vinyl on the floors, Very nice tiles in the shower and a decent 36 inch vanity. Im so pleased with Ryan and Ashley. I will highly recommend.

    Georgetown Basement Renovation

    I highly recommend Assured Basements. A big shoutout to Ashley and Ryan for making this basement happen for me in three weeks. They framed my basement in one day and had it boarded up on day 7. The project was 10/10.

    Basement Renovation Maple

    I had contacted 5 different companies to come give us a quote. However I realized that the big companies in the industry are offering basic finishes as standard which lead me to be disappointed. When I contacted the team at assured the thing that stood out the most was how their standards were much better than the companies I had called on before. A small example is how other companies were all recommended laminate and Assured Basements gave 6mm luxury vinyl as a standard. Other companies were offering 2.5 inch basebords as standard whereas Assured provided 5 inch one step bevel. Its the attention to detail and the project management team. Special thanks To Ashley, Ryan and Mike for being amazing and professional. Highly Recommend
