    Basement Renovation

    We contacted a bunch of companies during the spring to come out for a basement estimate and got the usual 3 quotes. However we chose Assured Basements because they had a more detailed quote as well as were offering better materials. We love our nice tiled in shower as well as the tub in our basement renovation. Communication was great throught their buildertrend portal however the project was delayed by two weeks because of covid related issues. Overall the experience was great and we want to thank Jake, Nathan and Hollis especially for working on our basement and getting it done before Christmas.

    Basement refinishing

    I called quite a few contractors to do my basement and none were as quick to reply and provide me a quote and a timeline like Mike and Ryan. The planning stage was smooth and all the pricing was discussed and finalized prior to the beginning of the project . Their team members are punctual and very kind and generally very nice . The quality of the work is to my liking . During the renovations one of their construction managers was at my house every 3 days (Ahmed) to work and he always made sure that my husband and I were satisfied with how things were going. Much thanks to all the team members at assured basements for making the basement of my dreams .

    Credible

    Company came and did a shell finish. Has good communication right off the bat. Very ni e employees and can keep you up to date on your renovations. They will also listen to your input through the process

    Basement Finishing

    - Very professional - Speedy work - 200 marks for that - Detail oriented - You get all the materials upfront, so delays due to supply - No need to follow-up - Whatsapp group for co-ordination - very useful - They use Builder's Trend app which comes in very handy In short, these guys know what they do.. I would highly recommend to others..

    Newmarket Basement renovation

    We were very pleased with the workmanship & team at Assured Basements. They were professional, on time & easy to collaborate with. A big thank you to Ryan, Mike & the team at Assured Basements. We will definitely be investing with them for future renovations. Highly recommended!!

    Professionally Finished Basement

    Very pleased with the work. Overall great experience. Very professional and knowledgeable team. Muneeb, Ryan and Hollis were very professional throughout. Schedule and selections on Builder trend app made it smooth. Quality of work and materials is great. workers knew their work very well and were friendly and respectful. We are loving our new space. I am glad that I hired assured basements. Already recommended my friend's and Will definitely recommend more to Assured Basements.

    Basement reno

    We wanted to add one room, a sitting area and a bathroom in our basement. I had several quotes but decided to go with Assured Basements. Mike seemed to know his stuff and we felt comfortable with him. The entire project was completed in 6 weeks to our satisfaction. I will have no hesitation in recommending Assured Basements.     We're glad our basement renovation is almost over.

    Assured Basements renovated our basement. Although we're satisfied with the final results, the process of getting there was unnecessarily difficult. Poor communication (they don't listen), poor supervision (I was the de facto site manager), and the project took weeks longer than promised. However, to their credit, they got the renovation completed before anyone else was ready to start. Update: January 2023. Buyer Beware. The flooring Assured Basements installed is falling apart. I've made several complaints by phone, email and in-person. They have ignored my complaints and have not repaired the work. I can NOT recommend this company.

    The project took longer because of window replacements and COVID, but overall I'm happy with the results.

    2 Bedroom Legal Basement Apartment

    Mike and Ryan completed a 2-bedroom basement apartment for my elderly parents. I appreciated their clear communication, patience and professionalism while dealing with my family, and graciously handled the multitude of changes and delays due to the pandemic. Their trades were kind and considerate with my parents in my absence. Thank you for a fantastic job, and we will be calling you for future projects.
