The salesman was very professional and cordial on his visit to give me a quote, however, then numerous problems occurred. Firstly, I asked him for an additional quote on five other windows, broken down by window, so that I could plan on future replacements -- this quote was never received, nor did he reply to my emails regarding this. I have been asked to clarify this -- the salesperson did give me a quote on the total for replacing the five windows, but did not provide me with the breakdown by window that I requested. Then, after waiting longer than what was expected for delivery, I called and was informed that my order had been 'lost'. They got back to me with excuses, and then scheduled an install. The installers were very professional and cordial. However, the door that was installed, was not what I had ordered. When I spoke to the salesman, he admitted that it was an error on his part, but tried to pressure me into accepting the alternate product. He eventually agreed to re-order the door. I waited another long period of time to get the correct door. So it took over 7 1/2 months to get my new door as ordered -- but boy were they quick to demand that I pay the final instalment!!!! (The door was finally installed on October 20th and they called me about payment on November 2nd) It has been a very frustrating and unsatisfactory experience.
