From beginning to end this project was managed professionally and exceeded our expectations. Our goals were met, our house looks great (neighbours keep stopping to comment), and the customer service was excellent! Thanks Nick and team! We love the windows and doors!

Jamie, our salesperson, was excellent. He reviewed the door and side light options with us, providing great input and expertise to help us make a decision. He also followed up after the installation. The installation was according to the predetermined timelines. The door and side lights look great - excellent quality and workmanship. Also, the installers were friendly and polite and did a great job cleaning up after the installation. It was a great experience all around. Thank you!

Very happy with the sales team, product and installation of replacement windows in an old house (where nothing is square)! They were very honest and accurate with time lines. The windows and finishes were great and the team was very efficient with reasonable pricing . The only small problem we encountered was a missing piece (as identified by the installer). There was some confusion of where the piece was and when it would be installed , so I had to make a number of phone calls to get it fixed.

We are Very happy with the triple pane windows that were installed quickly and professionally and amazed at the turn around time. We were hoping the windows would be installed some time in May, but were installed in March!

Excellent work done by both the Consumer Direct Windows and Doors management team, customer service team and the crew that installed the windows did an excellent job! We spoke with several companies and Consumers direct offered the best product and at the best price. They installed our windows and patio door as well as both my direct neighbours, 3 satisfied customers!!

Consumer Direct Windows and Door will put a lien on your house so you cant sell your house!!! Dont be trick by this company. Dont sign anything with this company! They will take your name, house address and file a lien against your property! They will never give you deposit back even if they could not install within time frame. They hire unprofessional cheap sub contractors that does unprofessional work, sub contractor skip steps to install proper air/water tight installation, after the new windows/door installation, they are less efficient than 30 years old wood window, broke my patio light on the installation day and never offer to replace the broken light or repair it, hide damages on the installation. Very bad quality of workmanship! I just want to warn others so you can avoid this misery and protect your house from this unrighteousness business practice!

Consumer Direct installed two sliding doors and one large window in our home. The difference was noticeable immediately after installation - no more draft and cold air coming in. Jerry helped us decide which products we wanted - he was very informative and offered multiple options based on our needs. Our products arrived on time and were installed as planned. The installation team was on time, efficient and appears to have done an excellent job as our rooms are now much more comfortable. Thank you!

Hello, I normally don't do reviews but I thought this team deserved some praise for their great work. I'll start at the beginning, my wife and I needed window and patio door replacement and came across and spoke with several different local companies. All were either asking way too much money or I didn't like the sales pitch. They always come across as they're helping you when really it's their pockets getting bigger. But when I met Jerry from Consumer Direct Windows and Doors, I immediately felt like they would take care of the job properly, while respecting my home and not charging too much for what others were asking between 10,000 to 15,000 more. I didn't just go with Jerry and his team because of the savings but also because it's a family run business and he seemed genuine, sincere and that the work would be done right the first time. Not to mention all the great reviews and a great product too:) Everything from the contracts to coming to our home Jerry was on top of everything and getting back to us within a timely fashion. Ok fast forward to installs....I came home from work and was greeted by Igor who was working away in doing trim work in the garage and explained the process to me. When I walked in I found the floors all covered with tarp/blankets etc...to protect the floors which was great to see. The installers did I believe 19 windows on day one....what??? That's a lot of work and that includes removal of blinds, window, adding in insulation, trim and of course new window and caulk, plus reinstalling the blinds. Incredible job!! Plus before leaving the cleaned up the whole house. Next day same thing again they arrived early same as previous day and got to work immediately. Again protected the floors rinse and repeat. They took care of the inside of the house as well as the exterior working to almost 900pm both days. Igor and team, I'm sorry I don't know all the names, but I appreciate the hard work. We also had sliding doors installed on a previous day. I wasn't here for that but when I came home the house looked in order and the patio doors on both levels looked incredible!! Thanks to Shawn and Dale for those. Didn't meet them but I have no complaints. Plus we have shiplap set up around patio doors and windows in various areas and they never damaged any of it. Plus we had tiles that went right up to the windows and Igor took care of those difficult areas himself. Thank you....we still have a double door and back door to be installed at a later date as we ordered these items more recently. Looking forward to having these guys come back to install those. The house looks awesome and I have already recommended this company to others. And the house is warmer...lol win, win!!

We bought a 1968 original bungalow. Window and door replacement was a very important part of the remodel. We interviewed 3 similar companies and selected to work with CCWD. Jamie was our sales representative and he was absolutely fabulous. Making great suggestions, and working with us on our budget. The end results speak for themselves, we could not be happier!

Would highly recommend these guys. Windows are great and instillation went well. Was impressed with the service.
