    Windows for our house with Consumer Direct

    From start to finish everyone was great to deal with. Price was good, customer service was good. They helped with the government grant. Windows are excellent quality. Workmanship was high quality. Would highly recommend using Consumer Direct. I have already recommended them to a co-worker, and they were as satisfied as we were.

    Beautiful kitchen windows and large living room window

    We absolutely loved the results of the window service. This is an honest company that was really clear, quick in response, efficient and clean. Jerry is our first contact in the company and the one that inspected and estimated our windows. First off let me say he is incredibly thorough, clear and funny. We loved his honest energy and response to any concerns with this investment. We appreciated and continue to appreciate dealing with Jerry. Paul and Steve were our window installers and they were steller. We honestly thought the process would be a lot messier but they kept it under control even after we had recieved a snow storm at -11 degrees working conditions. Highly recommend Consumer Direct!

    All front windows

    I felt very comfortable with the process from beginning to end the consultation was very professional. The two servicemen were very professional kind efficient and my windows look absolutely fabulous. I especially love the wider trim and even in the half circle top part of the window fits. perfect I would highly Recommend.

    Window Replacements

    Its been a pleasure working with Consumer Direct. My project manager Mike has always been phenomenal to work with and he has delivered once again, he understood my requirements and his recommendation and suggestions were very helpful. Would 100% recommend this company for windows and doors.

    Doors and windows replacements

    After comparing a number of companies Consumer Direct was an easy choice. Mike quickly understood my needs and was able too suggest suitable products and features. Friendly and helpful to work with. I'm looking forward to seeing the products installed!

    Major window replacements

    We needed 8 windows and a patio door replaced. Had 3 companys quote the job and decided to go with consumer direct as they were right in the middle. So very pleased with our decision. Scott was very knowledgeable and his recommendations were spot on with our project! His timelines were very detailed. The installation team were very professional and respectful of our home when the job commenced. Nick was super responsive with any questions leading up to the date and his follow up after the job was complete was top notch. Would recommend without a doubt. A+

    Purchase of 9 new windows with installation

    Mike brought his expertise to the project with great advice for the replacement of 40 plus year old wooden windows. His patience and guidance along with his willingness to meet after hours at Consumer Direct Showroom in Brampton with my eldest son and his wife so they could actual see what Mike was recommending. Going the extra mile in this way was very reassuring to me with my son confirming that I thought Consumer Direct was the right company of the 3 quotes I received. Because of the custom nature of my home Mike assured me that he would have a team of the best installers to complete the project. Mike again delivered in this regard - a simply amazing team of 3 men. I have already set up for Mike to come this week to look at the windows in the 1856 portion of my home for the last part to complete the windows in my home. Thank you, Mike and Consumer Direct.     Replacement windows

    This company is fantastic. We had to replace several windows and were concerned about the cost, and the time. Our concerns were addressed right way, our guy worked with us to give us the best possible price and the best possible quality. They really cared about what we wanted.

    Window replacement

    I noticed that work was being done in the neighborhood and called. Mike came soon after and did detailed measurements. I am very particular and was very clear on what I wanted and Mike had the expertise to deliver windows that were the exact size on the inside to be able to reuse the current horizontal window coverings. Highly recommend Consumer Direct and Mike.
