    Window Replacement

    We just signed a contract to have two windows replaced with Consumer Direct. Mike made the process so easy for us. He checked in on us and answered all our questions. Thank you Mike for helping us make our decisions and feel confident with our choice to go with your company.

    Great Sales by Jamie and Installation by Anton!

    Fantastic service from beginning to end. Jamie came to our home, measured and provided a quote within 24 hours. He was kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and provided great advice. He was upfront on the wait times due to supply chain issues but managed to somehow get our doors installed early! Our installer Anton was fantastic as well! Overall am beyond happy with our new doors - would highly recommend!!

    Windows Replacement

    I had 13 windows replaced. On top of great pricing and great quality I am most happy with the service I received. Jerry was my point of contact as a sales rep and he couldnt be more patient and cooperative. Listened patiently to all my comments and answered my questions. The installation crew were Rick and Brandon. Very efficient and neat. They were super nice and did a great job in a timely manner without leaving a mess behind. I love my new windows and really am a happy customer and will definitely recommend Consumer Direct.

    Job well done

    Ibe used this company in the past. Best value for the money. Most efficient windows. Very professional. I would highly recommend using them.

    Windows/doors Replacement

    Had to replace our front door, patio door, 3 windows out of which one had to be enlarged to enable egress from the basement bedroom. The initial contact with Jerry Cipro was very friendly and knowledgeable. The order was delivered and installed on the first coldest day of the year but with the installing crew (Luke and his coworkers) trying their best to keep the cold out as much as possible. They did a fantastic job and were very friendly - all in all we are very excited with our great looking doors and windows! We would highly recommend Consumer Direct.

    Graeme was amazing

    Dealt with Graeme and he was absolutely pleasant! He went above and beyond to help me get everything in order for the greener homes grant and helped push forward the application process when is glitched out from the audit side. We also needed to delay after we placed our order as the loan application took over 6 weeks to go through. He was able to hold the windows for us an extra few weeks until we heard back and were ready. He explained everything to the last detail and was very responsive. We had a very good experience overall. I was not here for the installation day as it was just my husband there but everything went flawlessly. Would highly recommend to anyone.

    New Windows and Patio Door

    We met with Jerry for a quote, and from the get go we were treated like family. Answered all our questions and concerns. Gave us amazing recomendations. We met a few other companies but because of the way we were treated not only by himslef, but everyone we came into contaact with at Consumers Direct made our decision easy. I would highly recommend Consumers Direct.

    Replacement of 3 windows

    From start to finish, the replacement of three windows was completely satisfying. The quote process was very thorough and well explained, and very competitive, from a price and delivery view point. The installation process again went smoothly, by a friendly and capable team, ie in and out within ~ 3 hours. Both myself and wife, are fully satisfied with the end result provided. Martin Hynd
