From start to finish, we were extremely happy with Consumer Direct Windows & Doors (CDWD). We had 5 other window companies come to our home to give us quotes and David from CDWD was the only person to actually bring a sample of the window frame with him and a binder filled with information about their company, insurance coverage, certifications and awards. He was able to give us a quote right then and there and beat the other companies quotes by a significant amount. Even better, the windows all qualified for the Green Homes Grant saving us quite a bit of money! The installation date came sooner than we expected and we hadnt yet applied for the Greener Homes Grant! CDWD had no problem holding off on the date until we got full approval. We had the pleasure of having Igor and Vlat install our windows and doors. They were awesome! We have an elderly dog that insists on barking every time someone enters our home. The guys were completely understanding of our annoying dog and eventually made friends with her to the point we could just leave her with them while they worked away! Their work was fantastic. Not one complaint! The house was left spotless. They worked almost non stop except a quick break for lunch. The windows/doors are beautiful! David was wonderful to work with! The communication was amazing! Any question or concern was answered almost immediately! We will for sure be using them in the future to replace the remaining windows/doors. And hopefully with Igor and Vlat as well! Thanks so much!

Customer service of this company is excellent. David always called back when contacted about any issues during installation and after installation. I recommend this company.

We decided to change our front door and after discussing the products with the Consumer Direct sales team we knew we could trust and depend on them! They definitely did not disappoint. We had some concerns after the door was installed however these issues/concerns were immediately rectified. We couldnt be happier and would definitely recommend this company! I heard about Consumer Direct windows and doors through my good friend whose words were they are amazing That was good enough for me. I needed to replace all windows n my 1964 house On meeting David my 1st impression was that of a kind, empathetic and serious man who took his job very seriously. He answered any and all questions and when Id texted him.hed always answer even if he was out of the country My windows and sliding doors are amazing. We worked together him and I and Im more then happy to write this review for him Thank you David for being by my side during this process

After getting several quotes for my windows, Consumers Windows came to our rescue. The appraiser who came had patience and explained everything . The price was very reasonable for the best quality. All the staff and service men were friendly and my windows look great! I am recommending consumers to my friends and family.

After 3 months of research and taking 5 different quotes we decided to sign the contract with Consumer Direct for installation of Energy Star More efficient windows. ( 9 openings) Nick and Jon were true professionals to help us on every stage to fit our design concepts and budget. We were very pleased with the amazing service we received from the installer YURI . The job was very thorough and the installer was courteous , quite and very meticulous We had a very positive overall experience working with Consumer direct We are completely satisfied and do not have any hesitation recommending Consumer Direct.

The windows in our house were original (1985) and needed to be changed. Called Consumer Direct for a quote and they gave me a very reasonable price so I went with them. Really happy with the new windows and will make a big difference in our heating and cooling costs. His team installed them all in 1 day!

When thinking about changing our windows I wanted to contact a few companies for quotes. Being a realtor I knew it would be important to choose the right person as I would eventually be recommending this company to my friends , family , neighbours and clients. I expected to have 3 companies through but ended up with 6 companies. The range in quotes were crazy. I had Jerry from Consumer Direct Windows and Doors come last. It just happened that way. After Jerry left my home and I was to wait for his quote I said to my wife I like him. He wasnt the cheapest but far from the most expensive. Customer service is extremely important to me especially if I am to refer you to my clients. Jerry excels at this and I continue to feel extremely good about my choice to use him and his company.
