We dealt with Jerry from Consumer Direct Windows and he was a true professional from the start. We interviewed two other window companies but it was Jerry's customer service and quick response that really sold us. The windows have now been installed and the work was very well done. We are happy with our decision to go with this company.

We are very impressed with the quality of the windows and doors installed. The installation was completed within the time frame allotted for the job. Quality of the workmanship was superb and the installers were clean and tidy during and at the end of job. Communication between us and the salesperson David was very timely with regards to updates on the timeline for install and any other questions regarding the product itself. We are very pleased and happy with the updates to our house. Money well spent on upgrading the windows and doors in our home.

The old patio door was drafty cold and extremely hard to open. The New door is warm and energy efficient. The company sent a sales person to measure and quote , promptly following a call to the company. About 7 -8 weeks later, an installer arrived with the new door . The installer was very professional and meticulous with the installation . He made certain that all sides were levelled, and precise to ensure the easy slide of the glass door and screen. The capping on the outside sets off the new door.installation. We are making plans to have other windows upgrade. Thanks so much !!

We had 4-5 different come in for quotes and CD was by far the cheapest. They also brought in a sample window splice so you could see the difference between single and triple panel windows. The staff was always readily available to answer questions and they were able to install my windows months before other companies could. When the install guys came they were professional and cleaned up after themselves completely. I cannot recommended Consumer’s Direct enough!

Jeremy was prepared with examples of doors and very knowledgeable when I asked any questions. Installation crew was professional and did an excellent job. I am very happy and would recommend to anyone!

We had contacted Consumer Direct because our builder patio doors were producing so much condensation that we could not see out of them. We ordered our custom Patio doors and 2 Windows in July 2021 and it took about 12 weeks to manufacture them. We had it installed in November 2021 and their team was able to install it within a day. Everything was perfect and the finished product looks outstanding. We could not be more pleased with the outcome and have recommended their company to many friends.
