Patio door
Right from the beginning of the process was great. Steve was very professional and answered all our questions. When the door came the installers were very professional and didn't leave any garbage laying around at all. Caulking lines were clean and straight. And people at the office when we called were very nice and professional. Overall a great experience. I would highly recommend them.

Patio door replacement
Urgent replacement was required due to water getting into my basement from old worn sliding doors. The new install comes with a solid base, thicker frame, secure locking mechanism, and moisture resistant thermal doors. Excellent job done in a professional manner.

Bedroom windows
I got some quotes from a few other vendors and they all spent hours in my home trying to upsell me for tens of thousands of dollars and offering things I didnt need or want. Consumer direct came in, quickly understood what I needed and gave me a great price. They were installed quickly, cleanly and are so much better than what I was expecting! Would highly recommend.

Windows installation
From start to finish, from purchase to installation, all interactions with owner, clerical staff and installers were excellent. Windows are of top quality and installation was very efficient. Highly recommend.

Kitchen windows
What a great company to deal with. Sales rep came out to house to go over window options. He took measurements and gave us a great idea what we were looking for. The best part was they send out another person to do a final check with measurements so the windows come in perfect. Such a great added advantage. When the installers came, they were great to work with. Professional and did flawless removal and installation. When they left everything was clean and now we have beautiful windows to show off our kitchen. Thank you

Fabulous Product & Service
Right from the competitive sales quote and great suggestions by Jerry to going above and beyond with the install by Mike, this family run window company did not disappoint. They had great communication throughout the project, professional work ethics with attention to detail. Very happy with the finished product and will definitely keep them on file for any job that needs done in the future.

Window installation
Got 2 new windows installed in our family room. Despite being a fairly small job, they still took the time to walk me through the product features and benefits. Got the job done in a couple of hours and they look great!

Windows and Doors
I highly recommend Consumers Direct to do your Windows and Doors. They did an amazing job right from the start. David was great to deal with informing us wit their products and recommendations. The installation team was amazing as well.
