    Build or replace decking: New installation; 200 - 300 sq ft
    Yasar and his team did an excellent job from quoting with details to completing the job flawlessly. They didn't have the greatest weather but finished my projects on time and most importantly took the time to get the details right. Both decks and the ceiling of my covered porch were done flawlessly. Communicated regularly with me and asked questions when needed. I couldn't have been more pleased and that's something that I haven't said often when dealing with some contractors and their tricks. Top shelf company that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use again. Just an update. I had a small problem with the fit on the stairwell hand railing for the glass. I didn’t think I’d have much luck in asking him to come back and look at it as he was paid and had his 5 star review. Boy I was shocked when he said that he would be by about 7 and spent 2 hours fine tuning it until it was perfect and solid. I can’t say it loud enough with how I was impressed again by Yasar. Super hard working guy

    Build Composite Decks
    Yasar and team were fantastic! There was flooding damage just before the deck work was meant to start, and he was very flexible about delaying the deck work while waterproofing was done. Beautiful deck.

    Working with Yasar and his crew was a pleasure. They were extremely patient and accommodating as we worked through the design process and build of our deck. The finished product is flawless, with great attention to detail. We are very pleased with our deck and would happily recommend Yasar.

    Build porch: Replacement; More than 300 sq ft
    Great team of professionals who showed up when they said they would and got the job done on time. The Monte Leo helped us with practical and affordable solutions to address some challenges left behind by a previous contractor- it’s a big deck and was a big job- we are so pleased to have been able to enjoy our newly refinished deck all summer!

    Deck

    We are very happy with the deck designed by Monte-Leo Construction. They are efficient, pay attention to detail and work well as a team. They were responsive to our needs and concerns and have created a wonderful outdoor living space. We highly recommend this company.

    Pergola

    Monte-Leo Construction built us an amazing new fence last year, so we had them back this year to add a pergola to our back deck. Once again, they were extremely professional they listened carefully as we described what we wanted, and designed a pergola to meet our needs. They provided us with a detailed written quote, and completed the work promptly. With their brilliant skills in carpentry, they built a well-constructed pergola that is not only a work of art, but also very functional. The pergola was roofed with tinted Lexan panels, so it still feels like we are out in the open air, but protected from the rain and snow. As usual, the team was very organized, worked well together and kept the worksite clean at all times. We are very pleased with the outcome, and looking forward to spending more time on our back deck.

    Prompt, honest and friendly

    Highly recommend Monte-Leo Construction who did a very professional job on my deck. Yasser is a pleasure to work with. His attention to detail, knowledge and work ethic are second to none.

    Deck with steel frame

    I hired Yasar and his team to build a deck onto an existing steel I-beam structure. Yasar is an absolute perfectionist and highly skilled technically. He was a great pleasure to work with. Highly recommended.
