    Composite Deck

    Couldn't be happier with Yusuf and his team. Honest and very pleasant to deal with. Immediately agreed to replace a side deck board on a step that we were not 100% happy with. Highly recommended.

    New Deck Construction with Pergola & Privacy Screen

    Yusuf and team were amazing to work with. We requested estimates from approximately 5 companies and ultimately decided to go with Monte-Leo because we were most comfortable with Yusuf and because of the cost for everything we want to do. Yusuf and Yasar gave options when there were a few ways to address a building question, listened to our requests and questions, and worked through best solutions. The team was kind and respectful of our space. The work was impeccable, they were on time with the estimated schedule and cleaned up the worksite well. We're very happy with the finished project. We would absolutely recommend Monte-Leo to anyone looking for a deck or pergola to be constructed.

    Fence Project

    I would highly recommend Monte-Leo construction. They are true professionals, do incredible work and are very reasonably priced. In addition, they communicated effectively throughout the process and stayed on timelines.

    Deck, Fence, Pergola

    I have worked with Monte Leo Construction in various deck, fence and pergola projects. Yusuf provided project details and was very patient and had amazing coordination skills. Yasar was leading the construction projects, he is an outstanding craftsman who has provided me with the knowledge to better myself in this field. They are both very polite and respectful to their employees. I will definitely work with them again in future projects. I would recommend them to anyone 100%.

    Highly recommend the Monte-Leo team!

    My husband and I recently had the pleasure of working with Monte-leo for the construction of our new composite deck. We were absolutely thrilled with the end result and couldn't be happier with the quality of service we received. From the moment we contacted Yusuf to discuss the project, he was incredibly helpful and professional. He listened to our vision and offered valuable suggestions to ensure that the final product exceeded our expectations. He even went out of his way to meet us at his supplier to offer design suggestions!  The construction process itself was seamless and the team was a pleasure to work with. They were timely, efficient, and always made sure to clean up after themselves. They were very flexible and willing to coordinate with our concrete patio being poured around the same time. The real standout for us was the custom work they did on the base of the pillars. They took the time to carefully design and execute a unique and personalized look that really made the deck stand out.  We are beyond pleased with the final result and would highly recommend working with Yusuf and the Monte-Leo team to anyone in the market for a deck. They truly went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy with the work, and we couldn't be happier with the beautiful, functional space it created for us.

    Front porch & back deck

    Yusuf is a pro! He was very communicative from the get-go and his price was very competitive. He coordinated the front porch and the back deck being installed at different times due to site conditions. Yusuf was very collaborative on all the details which I greatly appreciated. Ill definitely use Yusuf and his team in the future.

    Custom Deck Build

    Yusuf and team - thank you so much. (1) For your patience in dealing with my indecisiveness (2) your willingness to get the project done just in the nick of time before the winter arrived (3) your professionalism and last but not least, of course (4) the quality of your work.     Front porch renovation gone well

    Yusuf and his team were efficient, proficient and polite. The estimate process was straightforward and I received a clear quote. Yusuf worked with me on various options including fibreglass columns and tongue and groove floor boards and adjusted his price accordingly. Once work commenced it was done well and went smoothly. He was even good with my kids walking through the job site making sure they were safe. I'm pleased with the results and pleased with Yusuf. I would hire him again for carpentry work.

    Fencing Project

    Total pros. Yusuf and his crew did a great job start to finish. When modifications to the plan were necessary adjustments were made quickly and smoothly. Planning to call these guys again to have a deck built.
