    Etgar is as good as everyone says!

    If youve been reading reviews youll see all the excellent comments about Etgar, he really is as wonderful as they say. Thankfully he responded quickly, gave me great advice, explained things well and knows what hes talking about. He is patient and did an excellent job. Kept things clean, was efficient and also was conscious to make sure my floors were ok, while sliding the fridge out. Will definitely hire him again, and highly recommend him! Thank you Etgar.

    Dryer Repair

    I have had Edgar to my home on several occasions. He is always punctual and courteous. He shows me what’s wrong with the appliance, and goes through the costs of labour and parts. He enjoys his work and it shows!!

    Dishwasher Installation

    I was impressed with the professionalism and service provided by Etgar. He was pleasant and honest. He unfortunately was not able to do the full install due to an issue with the plumbing however he let me know what was required to correct the problem and adjusted my cost for the installation. I definitely recommend this company and I will use them again for any future repairs or installations.

    Fridge Repair

    I've never had such amazing service for any home repair in my life & I'm almost 68 years old! The circuit board in my fridge was fried & the part from the States was going to take over 3 weeks to arrive. Thoughts of living with no fridge for that long was not happy. But the next day, Edgar, the technician phoned & said that he phoned around & found one from a friend of his in Kitchener. He actually drove all the way down & back on a Friday & installed right away so that we didn't even have to wait the weekend. I can't thank him enough! This is way beyond under promising & over delivering! You just don't get this kind of service from anyone these days! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

    Great Job

    Speedy and great service! Able to identify the problem quickly and had the part on him and was able to do the repair right away.

    Gold Standard IN Appliance Repairs!

    I would like to rate The technician from CAS and all the work done better than 10/10. If I could give a higher rating than 10/10 I would!! This company set the Absolute Gold Standard in Appliance Repairs! The technician repaired my washing machine and now 3 weeks later it’s working like new.. He repaired my dishwasher and brought along the correct missing parts and my dishwasher is perfect . He repaired a loose handle on my freezer free of charge. He was very competent and used a special technique and the handle is now more secure than when the freezer was new. I can’t say enough good about how knowledgeable, and technically inclined and capable this technician was. I am beyond satisfied with all the work done and I will be using this company again for any appliance repairs. I would 100 percent use this company again and I am beyond pleased with all the repairs .

    Washer Repair

    The washing machine seemed to remain perpetually stuck in its spin cycle. After an initial visit and recommendend parts/service solution, the team came back out to complete the install but found that it was going to be inadequate and not resolve the issue. They advised me immediately and charged me only for the time of the visits. I appreciated their manner, professionalism, honesty, approach and resolution to the problem. I would highly recommend!

    Appliance repair

    I have a fridge and washing machine. After being told I should just replace them Edgar came in diagnosed the issues and ordered the parts (which were a little more expensive due to COVID) when the parts arrived Edgar came back and installed. I am very happy to have them fully operational and will use Edgar again

    Fast pivot from dishwasher to fridge repair

    Etgar came out to look at our Samsung dishwasher, but when he got to our home it turned out that the dishwasher had spontaneously fixed itself and was no longer making the grinding noise that had concerned us. While he was here he was quickly able to deal with another appliance issue (our Samsung fridge had water pooling in the vegetable drawers), and we really appreciated the quick pivot and his expertise. He ultimately came back to look at the dishwasher a second time because the issue recurred and it's now humming along happily. The service was fantastic, Etgar is very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly! We're happy repeat customers and wouldn't go to anyone else.

    Repair clothes washer (washing machine)

    This repair man, Etgar, is the best you could hope for. He is personable, polite, efficient, and dedicated to his work and customer. He figured out the problem quickly, had the parts in his vehicle, replaced the defective part (the clutch) and tested to confirm the job was done. He exhibited a very high level of knowledge and expertise, the most you could ever expect. The cost for all the time it took was very reasonable and saved me the high price of buying a new machine
