Sergio instructed me as to what needed to be done to prepare the space prior to the sanding and refinishing and we arranged mutually convenient dates for completing the work. We arranged to have all the work done while we took a short vacation trip and by the time we returned from vacation all the work was done and our main floor was transformed!
