Sergio did a fantastic job installing LVP plank flooring in our basement. There were a lot of tricky corners and doors to deal with and he got the bevelled seams to line up nicely, as well as undercutting door frames for a clean look. This is our second job by Sergio (previous was bedroom hardwood) and we would not hesitate to recommend him.

Hired Sergio to install hardwood floors upstairs as well as to repair the ones in a bedroom and around the kitchen island. We had to find the closest matching wood, but when we did, he did an amazing job installing them. The repairs had older wood that had shrunk with age, but he was able to tie in the new ones seamlessly. He cut the wood either outside or in the garage, and left the place clean afterwards. Very professional, and highly skilled. I would definitely recommend him.

The floors in the home we bought had been very poorly refinished in the past few years, there were stains of stain and patches of bare wood. Sergio was a great communicator and straightforward. Very professional to work with. We had issues with a previous contractor and had to redo our entire first floor due to damage and bad quality of work. I called Best Hardwood Floors and Sergio was able to meet with me the same day and make suggestions to what they can do. The job was completed promptly and the floor looks amazing. Sergio informed us along the way how everything was doing and would answer any questions that we had! Overall a very positive experience!

Sergio was wonderful to work with: responsive, on time, perfectionistic, clean, friendly, expertly skilled. He obviously takes great pride in his work. Our hardwood is by our back entrance and kitchen area so it gets alot of wear from us and our dog. We had had it refinished about 10 years ago and it was high time to have it sanded and finished again. We are stunned at how beautiful our floor is; we didn't know it could look this great. It's certainly never looked this beautiful before. It's a pity to put any furniture on it;) Sergio uses a product from Germany that is supposed to keep the floor looking great for a long time. We highly recommend him for any hardwood work!
