The were quick and knowledgeable and setup everything! They came to the door first. Dropped a flyer. I checked them Out on line. Good reviews. Called them back for a quote. Within a week it was all done. Work was clean. They showed us a video before and after as well. Thank you.

The company rep came to my door to tell me about their services. Told them to come back when my husband was home because he usually deals with these types of things. They came back and provided a quote and explained the government rebate to us. Then they booked the inspector with Enbridge directly for us to come and inspect the insulation before and after. The completed the job on the scheduled date despite a huge snowstorm. They called to advise they would be late due to the weather (I was surprised they were still coming!). When the crew arrived they were extremely professional and very polite. They covered the floors and bannisters, wore booties over their shoes kept my husband informed of what they were doing. This company was a complete pleasure to deal with. They made the entire process of claiming the rebate seamless for us!

I never answer the door for door to door sales but glad I did. I knew we needed to top up our insulation in the attic and NDS Insulation is the company to help. I was at an R28 Value so NDS added 20 inches of cellulose and now I am an R60. The process was easy. NDS made contact with the enery auditor and he called we set up a time. He was ontime as are all the NDS technicians. The job was completed in 3- 3 1/2 hours. The techs cleaned up any mess. I did not have any baffles and they are very important for airflow in the attic and holding the insulation in place. They also created an air seal around the hatch so cold/warm enter does not enter the house. Very pleased with this company and the technicians.

Technicians called to indicate that they were running a little late. They showed up and were very professional and friendly. No mess left when job completed.

Our home is 35 years old and our insulation was not up to code. They went up into the attic, took measurements and pictures to show what was up there. On the day of the work, they were punctual, polite and efficient. Afterwards they showed pictures of their work and cleaned up. We are very happy with their work.
