The sales person who came by our house initially was very knowledgeable. He wasnt pushy at all and answered all our questions and helped with the rebate. The home audit person from the audit company came within a day or so and then a few days later the NDS guys came back to do the attic insulation. They were very quick and kind. Made a point to both specifically come up to both of us to say goodbye after theyre finished cleaning up. They even blow dried the driveway to get off excess celulose insulation or whatever its call! Overall easy process and hopefully will make a difference in our home in the long run.

Very satisfied with job. Inspected, took pictures, explained the process of rebates. We had other work done prior, did not go through the assessment process. Covered and protected areas they worked in. Professtional, polite and left work area clean. Showed work after and took after pictures of areas I could not access. This was something on our "to do" list for a long time and now complete.

I was referred to this Company by a family member. Quick turnaround. No hassle setting up an appointment. Got the attic topped up and the place was left clean and tidy. Haven't seen a massive difference in temperature, but will be interested to see what happens come next winter. Would use this company again if needed and would highly recommend.

The installers did a great job with little interruption to our daily routine. They were courteous and professional and cleaned and vacuumed up after installation. Nice to see a company this interested in customer service.
