Mr Vittorio from Almar Energy Group arrived at the given time. He was well equipped with safety gear and had professional knowledge of the job to be done. I was extremely satisfied with is working and re hired hi foe another small project.

After taking down our deck, we needed 30 ft of gas pipe disconnected. Almar Energy Group contacted us and provided same day service. No complaints about the work, customer service or timing. Pricing/quote was fair but could be a bit more transparent for first time customers (who have not had any other gas work to compare).

Ricardo was efficient, accommodating and very professional - excellent work! The work was done as soon as he had an opening and it was done within a few hours.

We switched from a gas stove to an induction and realized upon delivery that we needed to cap the gas line. Almar Energy came within a couple of hours, and quickly completed the job.

Vittorio came to the house prior to the job, to view the property and ensure the job could be completed. He was able to provided an estimate as well. The gas line was installed, at a later date, and the quality of the work is great. So far the gas line has been working well for our BBQ.

Our 18 year old water tank broke and we called a Reliance Technician to come and have a look. They told us the tank was broken and shut down our tank leaving us with no hot water or heating. next we called Vittorio and told him about our challenges. Not only did he do all the research for a new tank and offered the lowest most fair price for the job, he also educated us that our tack was safe to operate and gave us back our hot water and heat. Thanks to him we were able to take some time to make a good decision and live on comfort. He arranged delivery and installed it quickly the following day. The speed and level of service had been increasingly like last time. When we continued having some issues with our water temperature he returned to our home and took care of the our concerns until everything was working properly. Vittorio is unique in his industry. He cares, takes the time and does the work properly. He stays in touch and follows up. He takes care of you and wants you to be comfortable. Unlike the other companies we spoke to, he isnt selling you overpriced items that you dont need to make a quick buck. Like I said before, if Vittorio is in your home doing work, consider yourself well taken care of from start to finish.

Victor implemented the HVAC system and tankless Hot water for our house. We were adding second story and the design provided by HVAC engineer was sub optimal. Victor worked with HVAC engineer to correct the issues in design amd created a more efficient design. He takes his time to make sure the work is done to perfection. He also works well with other contractors and many times helped them with their issues including some plumbing challenges. He implemented a well designed system to ensure that both Heating and Cooling is well distributed across all floor. We are very happy with the solution he has implemented.

We had a couple of red tags from Enbridge. Victor was was very knowledgeable, prompt and cleared all our tags within 24 hours. I found him very professional, he maintained a clean work area, and explained his work very well. He was able to fix our furnace as well which saved us a lot of money. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs HVAC work.
