    Things went ok. We had to deviate from the original agreement which costed a bit more after the installer arrived and said we couldn’t go ahead with what was originally planned. But the job was completed successfully.

    Vittorio did an excellent job diagnosing and fixing my AC issue. He quickly identified the leak that was causing it not to cool and provided a clear, upfront quote for the work required. He made time for the visit and walked me through each step of the repair, which I really appreciated as it ensured full transparency. The issue was resolved efficiently, and he also shared helpful tips on maintaining the unit going forward. I would definitely recommend Vittorio and Almar for their professionalism and quality service.

    A great experience through and through. Very responsive from the first contact, scheduling, and then installation of our new BBQ natural gas line. You can tell from the way that he carries himself that he has the knowledge and will provide high quality work. Kudos.

    We needed a backyard BBQ gas line. Victor was highly responsive, visiting the next day. With certifications including G1 gas technician, he was more than qualified. We reviewed connection and shut-off valve options, agreed on a plan, and scheduled the work for the following week. Victor is polite, hardworking, and delivers top-tier workmanship. As a new homeowner, I appreciated his advice on AC maintenance, reducing HVAC leaks, and improving 2nd-floor airflow. Before starting, his pressure test found a slight internal leak. He also spotted an undersized furnace supply line and an incorrectly angled water heater line. These weren't upsells; he just genuinely cares about his craft. With his transparent per-linear-foot pricing, fixing these extra furnace-room issues was very reasonable. He ran the new gas pipe out our rear wall, painting it for longevity. The BBQ fired up flawlessly! Victor is my new go-to gas/HVAC guy. Highly recommended for honest, excellent work.

    I hired Almar Energy Group to move the location of an HVAC intake vent in my house. The job went very smoothly and was completed as estimated both in terms of timing and cost. Vittorio was very professional and responsive.

    Vittorio was very reliable. He came to look at the scope of the job very quickly. I was able to book a date for him to do the work within a few days and he worked within my schedule. He also offered advice about how to maximize the performance of my furnace, especially in times of extreme outdoor temperature.

    I had a very reassuring experience with Vittorio of Almar Energy. His job was to rebracket a long air duct that had become detached from the basement ceiling. Not only did Vittorio complete the work efficiently, he sealed air gaps in the main ducts and the furnace, alerted me that my UVC lamp bulb needed replacing, and advised me how modify my gas lines - in fact, he got my gas fireplace restarted after a long period of inactivity. All this effort was beyond the original estimate and all advice given in a thoughtful, knowledgeable way. Thank you for your help.

    Thoughtful repair of my disconnected duct in a very hard to reach place. Took the time to explain his approach to fixing it and telling me as things progressed what he intended to do. Not the cheapest but not a rush job that will need fixing down the road. He even put an access panel in so I can access the connection in the future if need be.

    Vittorio was tremendous in all regards - he came up with a very creative solution to safely vent my gas fireplace and keep wildlife out, and did so at a very fair price. Above all he was a superior advisor - teaching me at every step of the way and going over and above to help me in areas well beyond the scope of the job. I look forward to working with Vittorio on all my gas and HVAC needs and would recommend him highly!
