Vittorio went above and beyond on the job. He cares about your home and takes care of it like it is his own. He takes the time to teach you and explain the options. He isn't looking to rip you off since you buy the parts with his advice directly from the supplier and he doesn't make any commission on it. He takes his time and does things properly to ensure the job only needs to be done once and to make it easier for the next person (if anyone else needs to service the unit/parts). He is easy to work with and very direct and polite. I'm honoured he chose to work in my home and I'm glad I met this honest and dedicated professional. If he agrees to do work for you, consider yourself lucky!

Vittorio is highly experienced professional. He did an excellent job in installing Gas Piping for our Gas Range. He personally visited our place to inspect the job for free and provided a reasonable estimate explaining the cost in detail. We had our 15- to 20-year-old gas boiler checked last year as part of regular maintenance. The 21-point check, as the company called it, took about 15 minutes. This year, we hired Vittorio to service the boiler, thinking he would do something similar. He took the boiler apart, found that the burners were seriously clogged. He cleaned and flushed out 15-to-20 years of dust and debris. He spent well over an hour on the job. I'm sure the boiler has never been this clean or worked as well. We are really grateful.
