Thanks to Air Care Home Services for outstanding work and service on my home last week. I particularly want to recognize Alex, Tomes, Pitor and Kirlos for the challenging but safe and careful removal of 6 baby raccoons from my chimney. All were successfully reunited with their mother! I would also like to commend Pitor and Kirlos for my beautiful new chimney. It is truly a work of art! I also appreciated that everything was completed according to schedule in spite of extreme heat and a surprise thunderstorm.

Alex was experienced and made great recommendations on our fireplace during chimney cleaning. Peter rebuilt our chimney with amazing workmanship, now our chimney looks brand new! Alex and team communicate the issues throughout, no surprise charges. I would highly recommend their services.

My chimney cap was tilted and loose brick was falling from my chimney. When I contacted Alex he explained that a rebuild, rather than a repair, was required. Peter, the mason, confirmed this when he photographed my chimney which Peter explained had developed a crack due to water damage resulting from the lack of a flange to redirect the water away from the bricks. Peter and his colleague were professional, meticulous and efficient. They cleaned my roof and left the worksite spotless. They also filled a crack in my porch and between several bricks on my wall using some remaining mortar. I highly recommend this service without reservation.

We had the pleasure of having Alex clean and reactivate our rarely-used gas fireplace in preparation for the eventual sale of our townhouse. He was an extremely polite and friendly professional who explained what he was doing and why, every step of the way! We would not hesitate to enlist his services again and recommend him to others!

Alex examined the area and explained that we had cracks in the fireplace and upper chimney which needed sealing. He said the damper could be fixed easily but the chimney required cleaning. He did all of the work and indicated that we should also have a chimney cap which he ordered for pickup the following day when he came and installed it. He was very pleasant and helpful explaining why these various tasks were needed. He also warned us that there were cracks in the masonry top cap and that we should watch for dripping.

Alex was a pro. Amazing service and excellent workmanship. Great customer service as well! I would definitely recommend Alex and the company!

Avishay did a great job cleaning our vents, furnace and dryer. He was very polite and courteous in going about his business and worked quickly and thoroughly. Showed us before and after pictures that demonstrated how much dust/dirt was removed. Would definitely recommend this company and Avishay.

Very efficient cleaning and chimney assessment. Repaired shield coating under warranty. I contracted to have a chimney cap installed and agreed to their price. However, on completion of the work the fee ($750) seemed exorbitant for the amount of time for installation (20 minutes) and the quality of the cap ($150). I raised this with the company and they reduced the invoice to a much more reasonable level. (The issue apparently has to do with paying their installer a flat fee.) Bottom line: they do good, professional work, honour warranties, and are very responsive to the requests and concerns of their customers.
