We had the motherboard replaced in March of 2023. In October, when we tried to use it, no pilot. The previous contractor was here for 3 hours on the phone with napolean. He didn't know his stuff. Alex came in had it fixed and running within half hour. Awesome job and I would highly recommend. Thank you, Alex!

Have not used our gas fireplace for 2 years due to a faulty sensor. Alex came in and did a full box clean down to the parts, a box coating to protect against rust and corrosion and an update of our sensors and remote systems. The unit has never looked cleaner or newer than right now. Alex was super respectful of our home with booties and floor coverings and was responsive to all texts and timing.

The company was quick to respond and offered a variety of dates and times. They called before arriving and cleaned the chimney from the inside in under an hour. Overall efficient, professional and the area was left clean. The quote included an exterior drone safety inspection which was not done (possibly due to weather) however the company said they will return to complete the inspection in March or April. Weve only experienced chimney cleaning when someone gets on the roof to check but imagine drones make a lot of sense for safety. Will revise review once the exterior inspection has been completed.

I was very impressed with the service on all counts. Alex was on time, thorough, super knowledgeable, and very polite. There were a number of issues which needed attention because we havent had any maintenance or inspection for a number of years. Alex explained everything that needed to be done. We know that we got the BEST service in town, and that we can now confidently use our fireplace.

I called the company on Nov 8, 2023 as the fire of my 24 years old Heat N Glo fireplace won't stay on after switching from pilot to On. I was very fortunately that Alex was able to come to my place in the same afternoon. I found this company based on Homestars review. I was a bit skeptical in the beginning when I couldn't find any Google reviews. In addition to fixing the sensor issue, I also agreed to receive a coating service inside the fireplace to prevent corrosion and fireplace glass pane cleaning services. After 3 hours, my 24 years old Heat N Glo looks like brand new and the sensor issue was resolved. Alex is very professional and CLEAN! I highly recommend this company if anyone need a fireplace maintenance and repair service.
