    Leaky shower head

    The shower head was dripping in our downstairs bathroom. The company that installed and maintained our plumbing for the last 12 years was understaffed and backlogged on jobs. They were unable to assist me. Googled plumbers and found Official Plumbing and Heating in Cranston. Company had received good reviews so I decided to try them. I received a quick response to my email and Travis came out to assess the problem. Shower needed a new cartridge. I was told up front what the cost would be and I had Travis proceed with the work. He was nice enough to hang around while I turned all the taps on. I hate the sound of the air in the water lines after the water has been shut off. I did have to call again to get the cartridge reset. My issue was quickly dealt with. I would definitely call this company again and have already recommended them to a friend. Nice to know that there is someone close by that cares about your plumbing and heating issues and offers 24 hour service.

    Flood and furnace repair

    Andrew did an excellent job while providing helpful advice in a friendly manner. He, and Travis, went above and beyond helping my wife and I retrieve air pods that went down the vent! Thank you!

    Waste line cleanout

    The waste outlet from my home to the street main sewer line needed attention to properly drain. This project required and an auger to investigate and remove any roots. The result was finding a blockage on the the city side of our property line and learning that the city is responsible for any repairs.

    Peace of Mind

    My wife and I are seniors and whenever we need furnace repairs we rely on Official to take care of us. Their service coordinator was very sympathetic to our needs. Andrew came to our rescue with a professional attitude and skills to match. He's also a very funny guy and had us laughing out loud first thing in the morning. He found the problem immediately and charged us a fair price for the repairs. 5 Stars All Day!

    Fireplace leak and repair

    Outstanding service, thank you Bill and Konrad! My fireplace was in rough shape and they also found that there was a gas leak in one of the valves. You guys were professional, punctual, showed me everything that was wrong and went over the costs. Much appreciated! I will be recommending you to friends and family for sure! You don't know how excited I am everyday to be able to turn that fireplace on! PS the animal say hi! Great job and great to know that there are companies like yours out there.

    Great response

    Woke up to no heat. Called Official and they had Andrew come out that afternoon. He was courteous, professional and efficient. He explained the problem, recommended a solution and fixed the furnace in about an hour. Good company, reasonable pricing and great service.
