    Home inspection: Detached house; 3,000 - 3,500 sq ft
    Lonny was a total professional-He responded quickly, discussed my concerns about possible moisture coming from the attic and/or the roof. He inspected the attic, put a drone over roof- generated a helpful report with lots of pictures and a reasonable rate. Thanks Lonny for your help and suggestions!

    Home inspection: Townhouse; 2,000 - 2,500 sq ft
    We recently hired Lonny for our home inspection. He arrived on time and started inspecting our roof using his drone.Throughout the inspection, he explained his findings to us, pointing out both the positive aspects and any concerns. Although the house is new, he conducted a thorough inspection and identified multiple issues, which we were able to report to the builders. Thanks to his detailed report, we will save thousands of dollars and have addressed key issues early, preventing potential future problems. Even after the inspection, he remained available to answer our questions. I highly recommend Dive Deep to anyone looking for true inspectors.

    Home Inspection
    Lonnie was very personable, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Most importantly, he was very transparent with us about what hes seen in and around our house. He gave the best advice on what home projects should be tackled soon and which projects can be done by ourselves. He was great and our dog loved him too.

    Home Inspection - Ajax

    The services of Dive Deep Home Inspections were incredible. The title of this company reflects the type of inspection that Lonny conducted. He spent 3 hours at the home we are planning to purchase and was incredibly thorough and informative. He explained defects in a manner that we could understand and went so far as to advise if it was minor or major deficiency. He was very polite and helpful from the first phone call to after inspection questions. I highly recommend this company for anyone who wants to be sure they are informed about their home buying decision.

    Home inspection

    I recently had a home inspection done by Deep Dive Home Inspection, and Lonny was the inspector. He did an amazing job!     Professional, personal & thorough

    We have used Lonnie for two home inspections this year.     Detail oriented

    I had a single system inspection by Lonny at my home for insurance purpose. My experience was exceptional and informational. We could discuss many aspects of the systems being inspected. Reports were concise and helped me to close my requirement.
