"The Best Home Inspector" Lonny made us feel at ease when we found out he had been renovating and building homes for 30 + Years. THIS WAS A HUGE BONUS! Unfortunately most Home Inspectors only take courses and in many cases they do not have any hands-on construction experience to understand the Important Systems in a home. As homes are Very Expensive they need to be inspected properly. Because Lonny has 30 years experience as a contractor he was able to provide us with far more information than other inspectors which helped us Tremendously. He opened our eyes up to numerous issues and saved us about $40,000 Dollars. He provided us with a full, detailed report on all of his findings as well as Recommendations and Prioritizations on how/when to address some issues. He has such a wealth of knowledge from his contracting experience and he taught us a lot even in that short period we were together. In addition to that he explained everything to us in layman's terms so we COMPLETELY Understood everything he was talking about.
