    Home inspection

    I was impressed with the skills and professional knowledge of Mr Lonny the Inspector. He educated us about safety and periodic maintenance of full house, I am happy to choose Homestar.

    Lonny, skilled and pro inspector

    Speaking with Lonny gives me a big picture about how to fix and maintaining my newly purchased property. Actually , I didnt pay for his services, my agent paid for but its worthy whatever he asked for sure!

    Post Purchase Home inspection

    We purchased our home without a home inspection and hired Deep Dive to inspect our home post-purchase to identify any future problems we might have. Lonny was very thorough with his work and took the time to explain any potential problems we might encounter. He also provided recommendations on how we can address the minor problems before they become major issues. He was very patient and helped put our new homeowner minds at ease. As an added bonus, the inspection report he provided includes pictures of the data plate of every equipment he inspected so that we may refer to the report if we ever need to look up the model number. 10/10 would be sure to contact him if we ever need another home inspection.

    Amazing inspector!

    A very thorough, knowledgeable and patient inspector. He took our neuroticism in buying our first ever house very patiently, and answered all 1000 of our questions. even after the inspection, he remained available to answer any questions we had. Our house is semi-detached, 2 separate units, and we paid $475. Booking and paying completely online was awesome and Lonny is super flexible. We highly recommend!

    House Inspection

    Very thorough and patient. Lonny did everything I could ask for and more! Knew every question I wanted to ask before I asked and provided detailed, educationally oriented answers with solutions throughout the inspection!

    Home Inspections done right!

    I had some work done in my house and was concerned about what the contractor did so I called Deep Dive Home Inspections to come and have a look. Loni is amazing as he has extensive experience as a contractor himself so he knows what to look for. He confirmed my concerns and pointed out many things I did not even think about. He even provided a detailed report that I took back to the original contractor. The original contractor saw the report and agreed to come back and fix the issues. Loni's professionalism and attention to detail is amazing. I was very happy I found Deep Dive Home Inspections and they will always be my goto company for any type of inspection related worked. Thanks Loni!
