Install Vinyl, Linoleum or PVC floor: Replacement; 400 sq ft
The team did a great job replacing a floor, baseboards, stairs and handrail. They arrived each day on time, left the house in good order each night. Would highly recommend.

Install laminate floor: Replacement; 900 sq ft
We are beyond satisfied with Jawad and Hass Renovations. They did a fabulous job, and were at the job site 8 to 5 everyday, even on Saturday! They were very reasonably priced and easy to communicate with. Our house looks amazing now! I highly recommend Jawad and Hass Renovations!

Amaing work start to finish
We hired Hass Renovations after meeting with several companies to do our stairs and upstairs flooring. We had carpet removed, banisters and pickets replaced, Baseboards replaced and new hardwood on the stairs and LVP elsewhere put in. Jawad and his team were punctual, polite and pleasant to deal with and clearly know their craft well. We couldnt be more happy with the finished product and would recommend them to anyone looking to get this type of work done. THANK YOU Jawad!

Stairs complete makeover

Flooring replacement
We found Hass Renovations on Homestars. We contacted Jawad and he visited our home to see the scope of the work. We discussed the project and followed his reccomendations. His quote was tendered on time. Jawad and his crew showed up on time. They were extremely clean and efficient. We were quickly notified of any issues that the crew came across. The finished project is exactly what we wanted. We would highly recommend Hass Renovations for all your flooring needs.

Hardwood flooring
Jawad was a complete professional. He listened to what we wanted and made great suggestions. Jawad kept his word on completion date and kept us informed on progression throughout project. Would recommend Jawad and his team.

Flooring
Jawad and his team (Hass Flooring) did a fantastic job of replacing the flooring on my main floor. They were punctual, reliable and very clean. I would highly recommend them.

Hardwood flooring replacement
Jawad was referred to me by family after his team completed their flooring project. We obtained quotes to replace the old narrow hardwood flooring throughout our main level (3 bedrooms, hall, combo living/dining) and his was competitive. From the start he reassured us about the quality, scope and timing of the work incl prep, and helped us make the final choice of the product. His recommendation to also replace the old sub-flooring was also spot on since the new floor looks lovely and has absolutely no squeaking. We were so pleased we added in replacement of the stair threads and rail going to the basement.

Very professional and delivered as promised
Jawad delivered from the moment he stepped into our home to quote us a cost to refinish our current hardwood vs new engineered, he was not pushy at all in fact he was very patient throughout the whole process. We interviewed 3 companies and went with Jawad. He could not get the flooring we originally chose but he was able to find something we ended up liking even more. His team removed all of the old baseboards, hardwood and travertine tile on the main floor, laid new engineered hardwood and replaced all the baseboards. Jawad and his team were on time every single day and stayed late to finish on time, in fact they finished earlier than promised. We would recommend Haas Renovation for your flooring needs.
