Outstanding
From start to finish, the entire process with Jawad has been outstanding. I received an almost immediate response to my request and follow up by phone. Jawad came on site to do a formal quote and review options and the work started the next week. We had two sets of stairs done. I dont think any two stairs were the same size, so they had their work cut out for them. We also had the railing refinished and new spindles installed. The work took about 3.5 days. They showed up exactly when they said they would and kept us updated along the way. We are absolutely delighted with how the project turned out. The attention to detail and workmanship is exceptional. Jawad has been a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Sanding & Staining & Laundry Room
Jawad was very efficient in his work. He was never late and communicated well with us throughout the entire project. The work was done on time, was very professional, and had reasonable pricing. Jawad was very attentive to all the details in his work, we would not hesitate to recommend Hass Renovation to anyone looking for work done.

Painting project
The service was done very well! Jawad did the job very efficiently and painted our apartment on time and nicely. He was very communicative and helped us tremendously. Great customer service and a well-rounded individual.

Great Work and Service!
We hired Hass Renovation to replace our old fence, Jawad and his team did an amazing job their attention to detail and professionalism was second to none. The project was completed on time and on budget as promised. We were so impressed that we hired Hass Renovation again to renovate our bathroom last year. Jawad took care of all the project details, he took us out to look at finishing options and helped guide us through the many decisions. Again the project was completed on time, and budget, with the desired result. We would highly recommended Hass Renovation for any renovation needs inside or outside.

Preconstruction townhouse renovations
I recently bought a pre-construction townhouse and I wanted to change the basic flooring and stairs from the builder. We chose to work with Hass Renovation to renovate our flooring and stairs. I cannot express how pleased I am with their outstanding service. From the initial consultation to the completion of the project, every step of the way was marked by professionalism, expertise, and a genuine dedication to customer satisfaction. They were not only efficient but also incredibly thorough, making sure that every detail was perfect before considering the job done. Our new flooring and stairs turned out beautiful and just how I wanted. I love the design and the quality of work. Great customer service overall and very professional! Would highly recommend it to everyone!!

Install Laminate Wood or Stone Flooring
The team worked well, they got a lot done quickly. Need to be more careful with dust so draping off areas so the whole home is covered in dust, final cleanup could be better too as they left in a rush. Multiple bags of construction garbage left Also, a final review with the owners on work completed to assure completion to satisfaction as well as defining the workmanship warranty on work done. They never did provide an answer here when asked. An update here, upon further inspection of the final product, some of the stair swindles don't reach the floor and spin, a gap in the post and stairs. They damaged existing flooring when the floor had to be replaced as the lamented bounced and popped out. Pictures are a tall tell. We tried multiple times through text which they read however no ghosting us.

Install Laminate Wood or Stone Flooring
We had new vinyl flooring installed throughout the house (upgraded from carpet, tile and laminate), whole house repainted, two stair cases completely redone and everything turned out beautifully!! I am so impressed with the stairs and flooring and would highly recommend Jawad. Jawad is pleasant and friendly and considerate of our time and situation as my family was living in the home during the renovations so his team had to work around us and some of our furniture. Thank you Jawad!!!

Repair Wood Fence
Jawad and his crew were outstanding. The new fence and two gates are fantastic. They were all very professional and polite. Clean up was good as well. Will choose them again.

Instll Hrdwood flooring Approximately 1480 squre feet
I was one of those unfortunate people who experienced a Contractor demanding more money midway through the project without ny change in scope. Needless to say I fired him. I then decided to advertise on Homestars for individual items to be completed. Jawad responded to a request for Floor installation and cme to verify detaiils. Looking at ll the outstanding work. He took the initiative to ask if he could quote for that as well. I was extremely impressed with the speed and quality of work that was delivered. If something was beyond his expertise he reccommended alternate workers nd they performed as well. Thank you very much Jawad for the work you delivered .
