    Several bathroom issues

    I had a great privilege to meet Tenzin. My mother needed to fix several issues in her bathroom. It wasn't emergency, but I had a very limited schedule, so Tenzin accommodated me and came on a very next day. He is very professional, knowledgeable, patient and hardworking person. I was very impressed by his work. He is perfect example on how to run your business. I would definitely, without any hesitation, recommend RST plumbing to my family and friends.     Bathroom leak

    I was referred to RST Plumbing & Mechanical Inc. by Homestars.com for a bathroom leak and I am so glad I was. Tenzin was punctual to the time he indicated and on arrival really took the time to listen and understand my situation and investigate potential problems contributing to my service request. He was thorough and knowledgeable and really put my mind at ease. Thankfully, he resolved the leak and I wouldn't hesitate to refer him to others for help or call him in again for any future issues! Thank you again Tenzin - you were awesome!

    Faucet replacement

    Replaced a kitchen faucet. Tenzin was very professional and made everything easy! Would recommend for a smooth experience.

    Amazing and very professional

    RST plumbing arrived on time as promised and quickly got to assist with our leak issue. He helped identify what is causing the issue and was courteous to explain how to avoid repeat issues. Turns out we didnt need plumbing work after all and Tenzins advice came is at no cost (rare to see these days). Will definitely use him again.

    Drain Clean out and faucet installation

    RST plumbing was referred to us by a friend and sure didnt disappoint! Tenzin was very professional and explained everything very clearly before performing his work. He was a great communicator even before getting to our house! The price was reasonable for the job especially he was coming from Mississauga to East end of Toronto. Will definitely recommend RST Plumbing to anyone in need a great plumber. Thanks!

    Laundry Room Renovation

    We needed an old sink removed and a new one installed during the laundry room renovation. Tenzin was very responsive and helpful. He came out twice (once to remove old sink and once to install new sink/faucet). In between the two visits we had a 2nd request to upgrade one of the water lines for the washer/dryer. Tenzin was able to solve the request in real time. He was also able to source a part for the sink during the 2nd visit and install everything correctly and quickly. Very helpful all around.

    Great Service!

    I needed 2 valves replaced over my water heater. Tanzin did a great job. He came at the agreed time and was very efficient. I'm pleased with the work he did.

    Bathroom shut off valve installation

    I called RST based on the good reviews on Homestars. We had nothing but an amazing experience. Tenzin is clear with the communication, he came on the same day of the inquiry and updated me with a time of arrival. He is very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He got the job promptly and explained thoroughly what he did. We would recommend his service and would be using his service moving forward. Exceeded my expectation, thank you!

    Water Main Line in House Fix

    Tenzin did an incredible job working on a leak we had with the water main line in our house. He arrived on time and made sure to stay after the city was called to ensure and double check his work was done. He also took a look at another potential leak in our house below where the master bedroom washroom was and provided a consultation free of charge. I would recommend Tenzin to any of my friends and family should they require any plumbing work to be done and will contact him in the future should I require his services again!

    Shower repair / replacement

    Tenzin was an excellent communicator, fast worker and problem solver. I had a serious of issues to address in my house. He took the time to talk them through and then quickly executed on the two we settled on. Thanks Tenzin!
