    Kitchen faucet

    I needed a new kitchen faucet installed after having a new countertop and sinks installed. The new sinks were lower than the old ones and the pipes were too high. Tenzin was friendly, conscientious, and strived to do the best job possible, making sure everything was properly connected, working and not leaking. He was happy to explain things as he worked, and cleaned up after himself leaving the area as he found it. He did an excellent job. I'm really happy with his work and his work ethic! I would definitely hire him again.

    Outside garden faucet installation

    Tenzin responded quickly to my homestars inquiry, communicated clearly by text, attending my house on short notice, explained the job he intended to do beforehand and completed it quickly and professionally. I would recommend this company for your household plumbing work.

    Really great experience

    Our whole experience with RST Plumbing was very positive. Tenzin is very helpful and knowledgable. He went out of his way to ensure the work was done properly and really exceeded expectations.

    Plumbing Problem Solving

    Tenzin showed up on time and with an incredibly warm personality. He went through various processes to try to troubleshoot what I thought was a leaky return line. He did not destroy walls or do any unnecessary work just to fill the time. He actually diagnosed my issue and it was not plumbing related. He noticed something about an outside vent that was not properly attached and as a result letting water into the house when it rained. So nice to see a professional who is there to help and not just take people's money. I will certainly call him back if we have any plumbing issues.

    Prompt and Professional

    Tenzin responded to my request for service within 15 minutes and was here and fixed the problem the same afternoon. Tenzin is knowledgeable, friendly and very professional. He solved and fixed the problem in a short period of time and walked me through exactly what he did. Definitely first rate service and overall nice person!!! Thanks Tenzin!!

    Shower Fixture repairs

    We had a fantastic experience with this company. Tenzin was extremely courteous, punctual, very clean, and went above and beyond in helping us change outdated shower fixtures in 3 washrooms. Highly recommend and wont hesitate to contact this contractor again for any future plumbing jobs.

    Kutchen Faucet replacement

    Tenzin was responsive, prompt, and quickly diagnosed the problems. He picked up a new faucet and made the repairs. Nice guy. I would hire him again.

    Exceptional!

    Tenzin was very responsive to my request for quote, and even tried to help me troubleshoot over the phone! He was very professional and highly competent, and took the time to educate me about my equipment. Highly recommended, would rehire again with no hesitation!
