    garage roof replacement

    Hire to replace existing garage roof. It was to drain. After first rain there were water puddles all over the roof no drainage. Principal roofing was notified and pictures were to sent to the company. They came check the roof and said all was fine however photos disagree with the assessment and still has been fixed. Would not hire to roof a dog house.

    Leaking roof.

    Sara called me back although I did not leave a message. She was very polite and professional. I told her of the issue I had of a leak from the roof. She told me a crew would be sent out the next morning . The guys came and within minutes identified where the problem was. It was quickly fixed. I'm happy with the work done.

    Roof repair

    I had my roof redone 2 years ago and that company has since closed down. I called this company on a referral from Facebook group because I had water dripping in the house and thought I had a leak. They came over quickly to asses the issue and turns out it was not a leak. The roof was not being ventilated properly and condensation was building that was the water I saw coming in. Once I agreed to the quote for the work and price they came back and did the job and explained everything they were doing and why.

    Eavestrough Repair

    Eavestrough was damaged by a van backing into my driveway. Principal Roofing and Exterior Contractors dealt with is matter in an excellent and professional manner. It was greatly appreciated.

    Gutter replacement in a hurry

    Incredibly respopnsive and caring. Sara rushed to have the team come over that day and install a new gutter just hours before the rains came. Very professional, great experience.

    Excellent Service! Would Hire Again.

    Very happy with the service provided! They arrived on time and provided all the details of the roof inspection in a robust documentation along with recommendations without ever being pushy. They also fixed some important issues the same day after approval. Would highly recommend!

    Skylight Replacement

    Sara and her crew were nothing short of amazing to deal with. Everything from the estimate to the completion of the work was just seamless. They completely went above and beyond with providing photos showing before, the progression and after, which was an amazing touch! We will be definitely be hiring them again!

    Roof Flashin Repair

    During a snow/wind storm, a piece of flashing (~ 6ft) came off the front of our roof. I contacted Principal Roofing, shared a photo, and spoke with Sarah. Sarah was able to provide me with a quote. Her team came out to look at the work and within a week the repair was completed. They did a good and professional job. I would recommend them for your roofing repairs.
