Called for a small patch, turns out there were about 8 areas that needed patching. Installer was great showing photos of the issues and the finished work. Excellent customer service, very friendly people and the installer went above and beyond in very high temperatures. When we replace the roof we will definitely be calling them again.

On October 25th we contacted Principal Roofing to have our roof and eavestrough inspected because in past winters we have had ice buildup on the roof with subsequent melting and freezing on the ground in front of the garage. The roofing experts at Principal Roofing came punctually on October 26th. They inspected the roof and the attic in the problem areas; re-sloped eavestrough to allow water to flow to downspouts as intended and installed water deflector in corner eavestrough at base of valley. Everyone in the Firm has been friendly, respectful and competent. I would have no hesitation in recommending their services to family and friends
