    Roof repair

    I had a leak in one of my bedrooms. Unfortunately the company that I used to redo my shingles about 6 years ago is no where to be found. I requested a info through Principal Roofings site and within the hour I received a call and booked a time for someone to come take a look. The next day the team came out, took pictures of the issue and repaired. The team was professional and explained everything in detail. Would highly recommend :)

    Great work at Xmastime

    Called them to fix an ice dam the week before Christmas - got the inspection and quote within 24 hours and had new insulation blown into the attic a day later, all before a major snowstorm. Very pleasant both on the phone and in person. Would recommend 100%.

    Shingle repair

    Shingle damage from recent wind storm. Sarah scheduled me for the next day and the repair was made promptly.

    Replaced roof on gazebo and Lean-to shed

    Excellent work. Prompt, courteous crew. Their clean up was such that I cant tell they were even in my yard, except the for beautiful roofs, Well done Sara!

    Roofing Contractor you can trust

    This is a roofing company I would not hesitate to recommend to my friends and family. The quote was fair and itemized for maximum transparency. Roofers were diligent and professional. Even with a minimal delay due to weather; I wasn't worried because Sara's communication was fantastic and I always knew what to expect next. I had updates and pictures of the work that was done each day. This is the only time I have EVER worked with a contractor who actually did everything they said they would do, when they said they would do it. If I could hire them to do all my home projects/repairs, I would!

    Replacement for peaked and flat roof

    Very pleased with the roof replacement project performed by Principal Roofing for a peaked and flat roof. Sara was extremely helpful in educating me, provinding information, timely responses, daily updates and settting expectations. The team were always on time, worked hard and easy to have around. Never too busy to answer questions or concerns. Kudos to Dan, Rob and Mark! The project was completed on time, on budget and looks great. I am very pleased. Roofing companies do not always have a great reptutation and I was concerned about quality and cost. Pleased to share that they defiinitely proved me wrong. Highly recommend this complany and will use them again if ever needed on my next home.

    New Flashing around chimney

    Previous roofing company did the flashing incorrectly. Water was running down the outside of my chimney making wet. Simple fix by Principal Roofing versus re-bricking the top half of the chimney.

    Complex balcony leak solved!

    Excellent company to work with, can be counted on to fix problems. We gave them a difficult assignment, a complex leak in a tough spot below a balcony adjacent to our garage roof. So a flat area above essentially a low slope funnel covered in metal shingles, concentrating water into an awkward spot below the balcony. Multiple possible sources of the leak. This took several experiments with a hose and water to finally isolate. They also encountered a glitch with material that needed extensive rework of the balcony floor, but the company stood by their original quote and persevered. Kudos to the team at Principal, for exceptional experience in this type of problem solving, obvious commitment to quality, excellent communication throughout, and ability to get things done!
