Excellent job on my home. New shingles look wonderful. Simon and his team arrived early in the morn and work the day to finish the job. Clean up was wonderful. You'd never know any work had been done aside from the great looking new roof on my house and garage

    Roof Replacement

Simon and his team did a great job. Simon covered all the details and had a very competitive price. He delivered on everything he said he was going to do and he did it even faster than I expected. He helped us choose top quality materials. His team installed the roof and the results are excellent. They cleaned up so well after the job was finished. I will be calling Simon again for my next roof.

    Shingle Replacement

Simon was very professional. He took the time to explain the different options, the pros and cons of each and let's you decide what makes the most sense. They were punctual, started and completed the work on time. They cleaned up after their work, leaving the place as they found it! Great experience.

    Roof Replacement

Our experience with Ys Roofing Inc was fantastic. The entire process was great - a thorough and specific quote, one day of work, excellent staff, incredible clean-up afterwards, beautiful finished roof, and great communications throughout. We are very happy with our refinished roof, and recommend working with the Ys Roofing Inc and Simon enough!

Very professional and friendly owner. Work was started on time, roof looks fantastic and crew left the surrounding area cleaner than when they started. Would definitely recommend.

    The best of the best

This is not your average roofing company. Simon and the team are extremely organized, professional and talented in the work they do. From our initial engagement to job completion (new soffits, eavestrough, downspouts) they completed everything above our expectations with great communication along the way, and left us with a significant improvement to our house and a job site as clean as before they arrived. Thanks Ys Roofing!

    Roof shingle and Eavestrophe/Downspout replacement

Ys Roofing Inc was a pleasure to work with. I had the shingles, eavestrophe/downspouts replaced on my home. From the beginning, communicating the job and setting a date with Simon was easy and went very smoothly. I never had to follow up or chase him down. The team showed up around 8am and stayed until everything was done (past 7pm). They sent pictures of the progress of the roof numerous times during the day, and asked me if I had any questions/concerns. As far as I can tell, the was done very well and his team even cleaned up everything afterwards as well. I would 100% recommend.
