Simon and his crew did a great job re-shingling my roof. Excellent all round!!

Hired Simon for my roof in Hamilton and help with a chimney replacement. He was excellent would recommend him 100%. Very fast and very reasonable.

Job went extremely well. Everything completed as requested and the price was very reasonable.

YS Roofing replaced a shallow shingle roof with a flat roof for our house. From bidding walkthrough to understanding the bid, from scheduling coordination to final walk-through, they were very responsive and thorough in their explanation. Payment terms were good and warranty coverage was the longest among the bidders. They completed the work within 2 days with a large crew, and managed to keep the job site clean. We interacted with Simon throughout the project; he was friendly and informative, and took the time to help us understand the work. We are happy with the end product.

I am incredibly happy with the roof shingles replacement done by Simon and his team. From the very beginning, Simon communicated clearly and professionally, providing a detailed quote and agreement that we signed easily via electronic signature. On the day of the job, the crew arrived exactly on time and immediately took great care to protect the landscaping and surroundings of my house. I watched them work throughout the day, and it was clear they are true experts who know exactly what they are doing. Every team member had a specific role and they coordinated perfectly with one another. They installed everything exactly as promised in our agreement, and the quality of the workmanship is outstanding. Once the installation was complete, they did an amazing job cleaning up. They swept, blew away the dirt, and used a magnet to pick up all the stray nails around the property. On top of the fantastic service and cleanup, their price was very competitive. I highly recommend them.

He did a very good job, left all clean, very organized!

Excellent Job. They were quick to start the job and completed it in one day (Approx 700 SqFt of asphalt singles with some deck replacement). Cleanup was thorough.

Amazing experience - fast, reliable, well-priced and top-notch service! Simon is very competent, responsive and patient - and I had lots of questions which he always answered quickly, even at late hours! Will recommend to anyone I know looking to do any roofing job!
