It was a pleasure working with YS Roofing Inc. Exceptional service from Simon and his team. Simon provided a reasonable quote and timeline. Ming and the team arrived on time on the scheduled day and did an excellent job and clean-up. I would highly recommend YS Roofing Inc.

Great knowledge of product, quick turnaround from meet to completion of work; a nice crew

After water leak from dormer siding, when I called for a quote, Simon came same day, provided reasonable quote and had team available within days. They worked quickly, cleaned their mess and did a great job. Extremely happy with work.

Simon and his team were great to work with and when a mistake was discovered, Simon fixed it right away, (the manufacturer sent the wrong product). The colour now matches beautifully with what we already had. We only required a few sections of eavestrough to be replaced and it was done completely to our satisfaction and at a reasonable price. Thanks Simon! Susan

Simon and his team are excellent, very professional, moderate pricing and very thorough. Once the work was done the property was left spot less Simon was very Friendly and easy to talk to and able to understand my concerns. We had multiple areas ruined by raccoons, which they fixed and installed extra precaution to deter further invasion. Thank you Simon and crew. Strongly recommend.

If there was a PLUS to the 5 Star, we would give it. The 5 Star would come from the Perfect workmanship but the plus would come from the communications throughout the job, the pictures taken of the work and the cleanup. Its a pleasure to give a 5 Star (Plus) on Homestars because I think its rare and we arent able to do so enough.

Exceptional service from Simon and his team. From the beginning Simon was very professional and provided a lot of useful information. He provided a quote on site and was always willing to answer any questions I had via phone call and text. We scheduled a day and on that day his team was on time and started working right away. The quality of workmanship was great and once they were complete they provided photos to see the finished result. I would highly recommend Simon for any further projects you may have.

Simon was professional and had completed the job in a quick and efficient manner. He took the time to explain the job and provided photos for a better understanding. I will definitely recommend this company to my family and friends.

Simon was great throughout the roof problem we had. Explained everything. Ming did a great job, very honest and knowledgeable. Thank you

It was a pleasure to work with Ys Roofing Inc. I had my roof, eavestrough, and downspouts replaced. Simon made recommendations to install a metal drip edge as well as the best installation of the eaves to ensure adequate drainage.
