Ys Roofing Inc reviews (165)

We worked with YS Roofing in an emergency when fraudsters climbed the roof and kicked in a board, and pulled out shingles. They quoted 21,000 to replace the roof, which is what made my red flag sensor go off. I reported them to the police and came on homestars where Ys Roofing reached out to me, and within 2 days we had the quote, discussed the appropriate materials, and they had replaced the entire ~3000sft of shingles. The roof looks amazing, I was surprised at how quickly the entire crew worked, and the foreman kept me and my neighbours (semi detached) updated with progress pictures. Would definitely work with them again though I hope I don't need a roof anytime soon!

It was a pleasure to work with Simon and his team at Ys Roofing Inc. My grandmother had an urgent matter that needed taking care of in her roof and Simon was very quick to respond and gracious with his time taking care of our issue. I would highly recommend Ys Roofing Inc to anyone that needs roof repairs or a new roof all together.

Simon came over, prepared a quick assessment with options and we pursued the repair option which he promptly completed within 3 hours in cold weather. Very courteous and helpful.

Ys Roofing Inc is a reliable company that strives to go the extra mile for their customers. They recently fixed a leak on the roof. The team was professional, efficient, and the quality of the job is excellent. From start to finish, the process was smooth, and the pricing was fair ($). Highly recommend for anyone in need of reliable roofing services!

Thrilled with the work from Ys Roofing Inc and crew on replacing the eavestrough on my 100+ year old home. Easy to work with. Communication was excellent. Work was outstanding. No hidden surprises. And they left the worksite cleaner than when they arrived! Thanks for the great work!

Simon responded to my request for a roofer within one day and sent someone from his team to do an estimate the next day. He was very polite, professional, and after his assessment of the roof explained the issues and offered me options. The job was completed the following day and looks perfect. As a single woman I've had a number of negative experiences with contractors and was very pleased with their honesty, professional and friendly manner, reasonable price and quality of work.

Ys Roofing Inc and team were great. Just got my roof done by them. I had many questions about the work being done about material etc and Simon took the time to answer all my questions. The team was very professional were on time and did an amazing job. I would strongly recommend them. Thank you Ys Roofing Inc!

I had a roof replacement and skylight installation done by YS Roofing. It was a pleasure to deal with Simon from start to finish. The work was done professionally and with great care. Communications were always prompt and clear. The job went exactly as scheduled and all debris promptly cleared away. It is clear to me that Simon and his crew take pride in what they do and Simon is determined to ensure that his customers are satisfied. I would recommend him without reservation.

Very professional. Quote was supplied and work done within a week. Simon returned phone calls very promptly and answered questions without hesitation. The crew were very efficient, they protected all sides of the house with tarps and no debris was left behind. Two layer tear-off, plus installation of new shingles on our bungalow all done in one day. Great job!

Simon came and gave me a quote for the installation of a new roof on my commercial property on Yonge street and I had quote from other roofing companies and they were a little bit more reasonable but their reviews were excellent so I went with them. They came and removed the old roof and replaced it with a new one all within two days and from what I saw they did a excellent job and they're very professional and they cleaned up the debris that was on the roof. I would definitely recommend them again
