    Two effective service events

    Clayton was called in for a quick fix of our leaking kitchen pipe. Subsequently, we had a few plumbing issues and had to immediately schedule another repair by Clayton and Scott. At each of these two visits, they were very friendly, arrived on time, and were always informative by cellphone communications, and the services were very effective. I like that I was told many tips of how to keep pipes, valves, and faucets healthy. I would strongly recommend homeowners here at HomeStars for LT's services.

    Remove and replace / install 3 bathroom faucets.

    Clay was the consummate professional. Very knowledgeable, skilled, efficient and honest. Faucets look great. Will use his services again.

    Great service

    Very friendly, very knowledgeable. They gave us a lot of advice on how we can avoid the clog we had in the future.

    Stop Water Leakage

    Our plumbing job was attended by Clay and we are satisfied with the punctuality & adherence to time committed. Clay explained us on tips to avoid future plumbing issues and the Warranty offered on parts plus service is appreciated.

    Flooded basement

    Stellar service on all levels! Prompt and dependable response at all times. Clay and Scott were Innovative and efficient in dealing with the unexpected quirks of a century home. Extremely personable. They were able to advise, recommend, problem-solve and come to joint decisions with straight-forward explanations. Above-and-beyond service!

    Plumbing

    I took a shot in the dark with LT Plumbing, and I'm glad I did. Clayton and Scott arrived when they said and actually gave me updates to his arrival time. Both gentlemen very polite and professional. The job was done quickly with no fuss at all. The price was reasonable and I would definitely recommend LT plumbing to anyone. Thanks guys.

    Repair or Replace Faucets or Pipes
    Leaky faucets in the shower. Clay showed up and replaced the cartridges in no time. Great service, highly recommended.

    Great service - kitchen renovation

    Clay is amazing. He provided us with a laundry tub in our kitchen as a temporary sink during our renovation. This unique solution allowed us to connect and disconnect the sink and faucet with ease. After the countertops were installed, he finished everything off by installing a new faucet, connecting the fridge, dishwasher and sink. Would highly recommend.

    Washing Machine troubleshooting & repair

    Our relatively new (2019) washer had sprung a leak, with water dripping at the bottom. I provided minimal information and Clay & Scot diagnosed the issue remotely, and visited our home and fixed it to our full satisfaction. They were transparent on costs and expectations, punctual in their scheduling, and very respectful of our home. Our big concern was protecting a recently-upgraded hardwood floor, and cleaning-up after...and they didn't disappoint on either score. They even supported us with a later visit, to help with follow-up. And were also kind enough to help fix some issues with the dryer that the original installers had left unfinished (which was not part of our washing machine repair service with LT). I am now in the process of discussing some additional support with the team. I would recommend them to any homeowner looking for an honest, professional team.
